3 Tricks to Alleviating Allergies

• Spicy foods: If you’re a spicy food lover, this might be the most appealing way to clear up congestion. However, know that not all spicy foods clear your sinuses; in fact some may aggravate sinusitis. Cayenne pepper, curry powders, mustard, horseradish, black pepper, garlic, and ginger are all good sinus-clearing spice options.
