Remember daring friends to tongue twisters as a kid?

Turns there is more to them than getting people to stumble over their words. Tongue Twisters actually act as warm up exercises for the mouth and improve flexibility in the mouth, lips, and jaw. This leads to improved enunciation and greater ability to properly form vowels in order to produce a clearer tone.

Vocalists incorporate tongue twisters into their warm up routines, as do speech therapists. Try out these tongue twisters and see if you can improve your speech clarity!
