Before I could see an Endodontist, I needed an emergency appointment for a limited exam of a painful tooth. Two years ago I had been told it would likely need a root canal someday. That day was here, but my regular dentist couldn’t see me for five days!
Cedar Hill Monarch Dental worked me in at 8 a.m. the next morning with Dr. Hiba Hussain. Every point of contact in this office was with a friendly smiling face. I had already filled out admission paperwork online at home before my appointment and they were ready for me when I walked in.
I don’t have insurance, but I do have One Smile, a discount program, and I paid nothing for the exam which was $120.
I was able to leave with my referral for the Endodontist of my choice, although they sent everything to my Endodontist electronically before I walked out the door.
I definitely was impressed and this was a very different experience from the one I had years ago here when I was thinking about switching dentists.
I would definitely recommend this office, the dental staff and certainly Dr. Hussain.
