Dr. Karli and the folks at Monarch Bountiful are the best! Super professional, kind, and patient. I’m pretty at-ease there, and that’s saying something, coming from someone with a deep-seated fear of all things dental work!! Marissa at the front desk is always friendly (and knows me by name now, thanks to the amount of times I need dental stuff done..!) and efficient. Everyone does a great job explaining procedures and answering my many questions. It’s nice to be heard and talked to like a human being, rather than a number and an annoying patient, which has been my experience at other places. Keep it up, all!!
