My experience has been fantastic. The dentist and dental assistant are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. The dentist is amazing and I love that she checks on her patients after procedures. 09/07/23 I had a dentist appointment in preparation for a crown. As always my interactions with Dr. Cole and Reba was fantastic. I don't know who decided to replace the front office staff but it was the wrong thing to do. The new office manager is horrible. In my case she didn't know why I was there. Which told me that she didn't take time to read my chart. She didn't listen to me, the patient, when I was correcting her on why I was there. She told me that Monarch Dental doesn't take secondary insurance therefore I would have a bill. She was rude in tone and her I know it all verbiage provide her to be wrong. My next appointment is in 3 weeks I don't want her to address me in any way as long as I am a patient of Monarch Dental. Melissa can relay any messages to Mimi for my response. Dental staff 5 stars.
