To say this is the best Dental office I have been to, is an understatement. Everything went pretty good. Quality of care is top -notch. I’m really impressed.I love the staff, they are very receptive. Dr. Kapil Ladd is very knowledgeable and considerate . Ms. Karla was so patient with me, I even got a free electric toothbrush and a good discount for my deep cleaning . I had a wonderful customer experience. I highly recommend Dr. Kapil for all your dental needs . You wont be sorry! Jane

Dr. Patel Laddha is a very professional, knowledgeable and supportive dentist! He has performed the highest caliber of dental care in tooth extraction, bone grafting, and inserting a post in preparation for a new crown, teeth cleaning, gums maintenance and connecting a new tooth crown! His nurses are most friendly also with quality assistance to Dr. Laddha! The office staff under management by Maria and receptionist Evva is also exceptional! I highly recommend Monarch Dental Euless to anyone needing excellent dental service!

También a Ángel, el asistente, y a Eva, la coordinadora de tratamiento, por hacerme sentir tan cómoda y explicarme cada paso con tanta paciencia. María, la manager de la clínica, es increíble y se asegura de que todo funcione a la perfección. ​No quiero olvidar mencionar a otra asistente maravillosa que también me atendió (lamento no haberle preguntado su nombre); su trato fue impecable y me hizo sentir muy a gusto en todo momento. ​Me sentí sumamente cuidada y escuchada. My dental insurance is a HMO insurance plan. The practice found me better discounts through the one smile plan. I saved $1K. Also for deep cleaning hygienist used a gel a numbing on my gums so there minimal pain. All in all a great visit.

Staff is very friendly and were able to accommodate my schedule. The dental assistant Karla made the visit pleasant. Dr. Laddha did a wonderful job addressing my dental needs.

Dr. Kapil Laddha is highly knowledgeable and professional. He provided excellent care during my visit and recommended a treatment plan for my dental issues that was both thorough and cost-effective. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a family dentist.

I feel like my exam wasn't thorough. They didn't check my gums and the technician didn't floss my teeth thoroughly. Then they offered me a laser deep cleaning.

Every aspect was great. They did a great job.

My experience was to show up for a cleaning. Maria at front desk no sir you here for a filling i got super nervous so I agreed to talk to doctor capil. So Carla took be back to room 3 she calmly talked to me and telling me I should not be nervous that it would be over before you know. Carla showed be tooth 14 and she told i don't need anesthesia. Then doctor Capil came in and checked tooth 14 and just as Carla stated anesthesia was not needed. I decided to do the filling and of course I was expecting a big hole to be made but is all mental. Anyways the whole process took 10 minutes no pain just happiness. That this great team took care of me. Thank you Maria, Carla and Dr Capil. I'm ready for my next feeling can't wait to get it done!!!!!!

The doc actually did an exam on all my teeth not just the reason I went in and he explained what I needed done on all the teeth that needed work. I’ll be going back in a week for the deep cleaning that I originally wanted instead of waiting the hour while I was there but now I wish I would of just waited.

Awesome experience! I was at ease with the knowledgeable doctor Laddha, making me comfortable and relax on that patient chair. He was very accommodating too in making adjustments to my lab until I had the comfort of biting. Great dentist and so with the courteous and welcoming staff. Thank you!

I had a great experience. I always get very anxious when I’m at the dentist but the doctor and his assistant put me at ease. They were personable and caring and made sure I was ok through out my procedure.

Brandie was wonderful. It was her first crown and she knocked it out of the park. Everyone at the office was very accommodating. Karla is awesome as well.

I love Monarch Dental Euless! The most friendly atmosphere from staff coupled with professional and supportive therapy and treatment for tooth care draws me back even though it takes forty-five minutes to drive.
