Dr. Kapil Ladd is very knowledgeable and considerate . Ms. Karla was so patient with me, I even got a free electric toothbrush and a good discount for my deep cleaning . My dental insurance is a HMO insurance plan. The practice found me better discounts through the one smile plan. I saved $1K. Also for deep cleaning hygienist used a gel a numbing on my gums so there minimal pain. All in all a great visit.

I feel like my exam wasn't thorough. They didn't check my gums and the technician didn't floss my teeth thoroughly. Then they offered me a laser deep cleaning.
