After my great experience at Monarch Dental - Euless, I feel compelled to write a review. The team of Dr. Apexa Patel, Rebba, and Kelli is fantastic. My tooth started hurting on Friday afternoon, and by late afternoon it was really painful. Monarch Dental - Euless and Kelli worked me in within twenty minutes after I called as a new patient. Thanks to Dr. Apexa, I was able to get some medication to help with the tooth pain that weekend. I was able to get back in on Monday, my 70th birthday. No one wants to celebrate their 70th birthday at the dentist having a tooth removed, but I will always remember that birthday, because Dr. Apexa Patel was so good and her assistant Reeba was so caring and explained everything to me, and Kelli so kind and helpful explaining cost. I enjoyed Reeba's sense of humor when she told me after the extraction, no alcohol, caffeine, cigarettes, and glared at my husband saying, "No talking". He smiled and clapped silently in approval. I thought it was funny and they were all great. Taking care of their patients is their top priority! My 70th birthday will always be remembered by these three women. God Bless, Barbara

So happy to have found Reeba and Dr Patel! I have been dreading going to the dentist because of my past experiences. This was the first experience I had with a dentist that went so well. Reeba and Dr Patel are so friendly and provide me with detail information and walk me through the process. I told them I was a big baby and they handled me with care. I had a crown done and it was painless. So happy to have found them!

Dr. Patel & Reeba were amazing. Super caring and attentive. Kellie (Kelly?) at front desk & Ms. D were also super friendly and helpful, especially when it came to giving pricing information and options. I went in after not having gone to dentist in years - covid/many job changes- but as a result of neglecting my teeth/oral health I had to get a tooth removed (and soon enough an implant inserted). It’s been over a week & I had minimal pain and it’s healing up nicely. Will be back for my cleaning/exam.

Monarch Euless is so good at taking care of my dental needs. Reba helps me feel comfortable and is always checking to make sure I am ok. Dr Patel is excellent! Thank you for taking care of me!

My dentist and his assistant recently retired after a long and successful practice in Dallas. I thought I would try Monarch Dental in Euless. Doctor Patel and Reeba are my new candidates for the title of "Dynamic Dental Duo." Friendly, compassionate, thorough, and professional! 🙂 On the billing side, do expect to pay more at Monarch if you are a self-pay patient. Initially, I came in for the $29 x-ray and exam "special." I was under no compulsion to sign on to the recommended treatment plan after my exam, but the "deep cleaning" seemed like the prudent thing to do in my case. I was upgraded to a $79 special in order to qualify for "lower" pricing. I was somehow under the misconception that I would not be charged for the oral cancer exam. All said and done, the bill for all the deep cleaning bells and whistles was just under $1600, about $100 over the oft quoted "high end" of $1500 for deep cleaning you find on a web search. I opted out of the high tech cordless toothbrush which would have been an additional $105. Kelly at the front desk was very nice.

Reeba and team are the only reason I return to this location. It doesn't take all day to receive treatment. Reeba is caring. Dee is great at the front desk

She is fast, excellent, professional and caring. Reba made a temporary bridge today. Looks like original. Quality of Reba’s work is excellent . Best of the best!!!

The dentist is very nice. If you need anything other than a cleaning, I wouldn’t waste time, go ahead and schedule with monarch in Bedford because that’s where you’ll end up anyway.

My experience has been fantastic. The dentist and dental assistant are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. The dentist is amazing and I love that she checks on her patients after procedures. 09/07/23 I had a dentist appointment in preparation for a crown. As always my interactions with Dr. Cole and Reba was fantastic. I don't know who decided to replace the front office staff but it was the wrong thing to do. The new office manager is horrible. In my case she didn't know why I was there. Which told me that she didn't take time to read my chart. She didn't listen to me, the patient, when I was correcting her on why I was there. She told me that Monarch Dental doesn't take secondary insurance therefore I would have a bill. She was rude in tone and her I know it all verbiage provide her to be wrong. My next appointment is in 3 weeks I don't want her to address me in any way as long as I am a patient of Monarch Dental. Melissa can relay any messages to Mimi for my response. Dental staff 5 stars. Office manager ZERO stars.

I came in Saturday which was a blessing because most places are closed on Saturday. It was convenient for me, and the service was wonderful. And even though I had to be referred to a specialist and they couldn’t finalize all of my dental work. They were still very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Excellent service! I broke my tooth right before vacation(5 days leaving). They got me in and put on a temporary crown so I could go on vacation and smile. I left crying because I was able to smile and enjoy a wonderful time with my family and not worry about my broken tooth.😁
