Great service at this location. It took forever to get my insurance details added to my profile. Waited at least 30 minutes for someone to do that.
It seems as if there was no checklists for patients before being taken to the back.
The dental staff is good, no complaints. I have been charged for my appointments, despite them being covered fully by my insurance and I have yet to be fully reimbursed by Monarch, after several months. They've said that I didn't make a payment, while I'm showing the receipt.
I hadn't been to a dentist in several years. I was very nervous about going. I was so impressed with Dr. Lewis and the staff. They put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable. They took time to explain everything. I will definitely go back.
This dentist always does such a good job of numbing me up. Also, I've struggled having dentists identify cavities before they become root canals, and she catches.

The oral surgeon was amazing! He numbed me quite a bit before starting and waited long enough for me to be completely numb. He was efficient and quick at extracting my teeth. Very impressed
Dr. .Makenzie is truely amazing! She is an expert! Great supportive staff and very sweet girls in the back! The front desk is black, but the back makes up for it!
The technician was AMAZING!! She was extremely friendly and made my visit very pleasant. The doctor was amazing as well. Very kind and to the point. I’ve had problems at other Dentist’s and they had deterred me from wanting to go to the dentist. Monarch Dental has changed this!! I look forward to going back and getting what I need taken care of. My son has been in the process getting his dental work done at this Monarch location. He likes them over here! We ran into some snags with insurance claim mixups but have been working through them. They do a great job on teeth 🦷!

No photos! Who takes photos at the dentist office? Got me in day of for a dead tooth and later that day for a root canal. Amazing!
Great personal care from the minute I walked in the door. I know when I see Dr. McKinsee that I’m in good hands. She keeps me apprised of the condition of my overall dental health, what I could do better, and acknowledges the efforts I’ve made. I can always count on her to be gentle and concerned with how I’m handling the necessary procedures. I will be coming to see Dr. McKinsee for years to come! Because of her care and precision in crowning my front teeth I have a beautiful smile!

I had my first visit with Monarch, Taylorsville. The office staff were very pleasant to work with. They were very patient while I was filling out the necessary paperwork. As I was getting the X-rays, the technician was very helpful to explain what to do as we moved forward. When I met Dr. Lewis, he was very informative and discussed with me where we were going to start and I was handed a paper explaining the procedures and costs of each. I appreciated that so I can budget my money!! All in all, I am very pleased with them so far!!!
