Dr. .Makenzie is truely amazing! She is an expert! Great supportive staff and very sweet girls in the back! The front desk is black, but the back makes up for it!
The oral surgeon was amazing! He numbed me quite a bit before starting and waited long enough for me to be completely numb. He was efficient and quick at extracting my teeth. Very impressed

The dental staff is good, no complaints. I have been charged for my appointments, despite them being covered fully by my insurance and I have yet to be fully reimbursed by Monarch, after several months. They've said that I didn't make a payment, while I'm showing the receipt.
Great service at this location. It took forever to get my insurance details added to my profile. Waited at least 30 minutes for someone to do that. It seems as if there was no checklists for patients before being taken to the back.

I am very self conscious about my teeth and went in there the first time in tears. They made me feel better and have made plans with me to get things fixed up. I had to get a tooth pulled yesterday and it was so quick and easy. They even knocked the price down because it was so quick! Really enjoy going there.

My hygienist Chris is wonderful! She took care to explain clearly everything that was happening. The office is like a clinic so you never know who's going to work on you. Otherwise I would give five stars.
The personal were friendly & competent.
Got all 4 wisdom teeth out and the recovery isn't as bad as I was expecting. They made me feel comfortable and the procedure was only about 25 mins total.
