I've had a fear of the dentist my whole life, but the team at Monarch Dental in Taylorsville has been absolutely incredible and changed everything. The only reason I came in was because of Dr. Mark Lewis, DDS. After seeing how comfortable he made my husband feel during his appointment, Dr. Lewis somehow convinced me to finally come in and get my teeth worked on. He was so reassuring.
When I had to get a root canal, I was terrified, but Dr. McKinsee Weyher, DDS, was a lifesaver. She was basically my therapist through the entire procedure, talking me through my horrible anxiety and making me feel safe. She was so patient and understanding. I cannot recommend this office enough. Dr. Lewis and Dr. Weyher are truly amazing.

The dentist is always friendly, professional, just rushed. There was some upsetting confusion on what my appointment was supposed to be for. I was there almost an hour before i got seen, then they didnt have me down for the right thing. It ended up mostly ok, but frustrating none the less.

McKenzie is the best I’ve ever delt with. She has tricks that help avoid a lot of discomfort when putting shots into the roof of your mouth. Nobody has ever made it so painless. She deserves a big raise and so does you hygienist. She is awesome as well. She explained everything to me so I understood all of it. Thank you very much. I love the care I got from your staff

They did an amazing job fitting me in last minute for several things. I also recommend listening to bass heavy EDM while getting cleanings and fillings because it really worked for me as someone who is sensitive to sounds.

Had an issue but amy helped with it and then created a new problem none knows how to communicate a dentist appproves half price but doesn't tell person running card. Office manager proves me to swith dentist to accommodate my schedule but then I get several calls all insisting I have to switch back all comes back to no one knows what other is doing

The staff and the dentist are great there, but they’re answering service. It stinks. You can try for days to get a hold of them and you can’t get a hold of them. It just keeps you on an automated answering service but they never answer the phone. they really need to get a receptionist because that is really ridiculous
