Dental offices have always made me feel a bit uneasy due to a bad experience I had when I was younger but Monarch Dental in SO, especially Dr. Pham, Cindy, and Connie, do an incredible job at making me feel comfortable. They are kind, patient, and do a awesome job at keeping you informed as they go through your best plan of care. Extremely personable. We are so happy to have found this office!

Dr. Pham is the most kindest ,caring professional i have ever met he cares 100% its patient first with him he's always asking if your comfortable he's very soft spoken and his dental assistant is 2nd to none and he's a very kind and caring professional i feel bad i never got his name a tall man who goes over finances with you very knowledgeable. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had as a first-time customer yesterday. I was under the impression that I had scheduled a cleaning, but it turned out to be for X-rays only. Given the difficulties I face in taking time off work and scheduling appointments, especially considering I reside approximately 45 minutes away. However, the kind and accommodating Connie graciously stayed late to perform my cleaning. Furthermore, it was one of the most thorough and excellent cleanings I have ever received. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and the extra effort made to accommodate me yesterday.

We have not actually been here yet and the staff was nice enough to book an appointment, however, I have never seen this practice where a cleaning is separate appointment from a check up. That seems like such a waste of time. When I come I don't want to come back several times, it should be a one and done unless you have work that needs to be done. Just be warned when booking for the first time.

I really like this office, everyone is so nice and attentive. Dr.Pham is amazing and always so comforting, answers all my questions and even lightens the mood with some funny banter. I would recommend anyone to come and see him along with his team!

Wife had a dentist appointment here due to fillings popping out- she is terrified of the dentist but says Pham filled it for her and Nicole was the assistant and they made the visit extremely comfortable and painless! She said she would recommend to anyone who has fears of dental work!!
