I've been coming to this location for a number of years & have been quite happy with the service provided.The staff AND the Dentist are super nice. They are all very friendly, and you're made to feel like a welcomed guest, not a patient. Waiting room wait time is not long. I have been with Cindy hygienist for a long time and always makes me feel comfortable. My regular dentist, Dr Alankar wasn't in clinic today, so i saw the most sweetest, kindest doctor ever. Dr Garza fits right in. Thank you Monarch, for all you do.

My initial visit was not was I hoped for. The tech first was not all that concerned with hygiene as she started to work without gloves and the clinic's policy is to sanitize the room right after use with would be fine except that the plastic liners that they place on the equipment is then exposed until used again by the next customer which could be only a few minutes or hours later. The dentist that I visit with me did not complete the initial assessment because my blood pressure was not ideal according to her. No work was done on me or was planned for that matter so I felt there was no risk and therefore no reason for the denied of service. Maybe the next visit maybe better if there is one...

I had a wisdom tooth removal, and it didn't originally go so well as the tooth that was bothering me didn't fully get removed, and a fragment was left in there. I called them the day after figuring out I still had it, and they made the room for me in the day to get it out as it was incredibly uncomfortable to deal with. They were incredibly nice about it and made it quick and easy, and made every effort to help me feel comfortable. I've been a customer for years, and I dont regret it!

They are prompt and efficient. The hygienist is super nice. My only complaint is that the TV in the lobby was blaring out "The View." Of course, in comparison, that probably makes dental procedures something to actually look forward to.

The lady who handles the insurance was very helpful on multiple phone calls. Dr. Garza and his assistant were very nice and did what they could to make me comfortable, despite my terror of dentist offices. The tooth I had to have pulled was a difficult one and Dr. Garza said my face may be bruised today, but no bruising and very little pain. They have the latest equipment which makes getting X-rays much easier. I highly recommend this office. They will take care of you.
