This was a great place, but now i am concerned. I've been a patient for many years. Today (Friday) a crown came off and needed glued back on. They will not see me until almost a week later. It should only take about 5 minutes to recement?!!!

The staff at this location is excellent. They are helpful and courteous. Dr. Alankar is absolutely the best. I highly recommend her and this office.

I had a dental appt. on 9-16-24. didn't have to wait very long. The hygienist is always very nice she cleans my teeth with caution and she's the first to not get me wet around my neck ,keeps me dry and she doesn't even need a helper.
The Dr. Was also very nice and explained everything I need to know on getting a mouth guard. And of course the ladies up front are nice and helpful. Thanks Monarch.

I usually only have cleanings that are always very pleasant and generally short. Staff is always courteous and prompt. I never wait but a few minutes.

Lissa and all the staff at Monarch Dental at the Forum were great! This was my first "civilian" dental appointment since retiring from the military, and it was a great experience! I look forward to going back.

My children and I have been coming to the Forum Monarch office for years. We have received all services from initial exam to braces and have been satisfied with results every time we walk out the door. Front staff, hygienists (Cindy & Mrs. Fathi), staff assistants, Dr. Fathi (ortho), and not to mention, Miss. Lisa. Everyone always greet you with a smile and treat you with the utmost respect. Thank you everyone for treating us like a person and not just a number. Keep up the great customer service.

They were very professional. Receptionist explained everything I needed to know from cost to options. She was also very understanding when I explained my concerns about being able to afford and pay the care card off. Orthodontist also explained what needs to be done as well. Thumbs up👍
