My mother waited well past appointment time of 3:00. They skipped the cleaning IMO to make up for lost time. My mistake for getting a later appointment. The staff apologized and otherwise the dentist and staff are very competent, friendly and willing to explain exactly what's going on with your teeth.

Dr. Thomas, Norma, Savannah & Terry made my 1st office visit with Monarch very pleasant. All team members were extremely knowledgeable & professional not as described with some of the reviews I read online. Honestly, I was expecting the worse due to these reviews; I was pleasantly surprised and have booked 2-more appointments based on my treatment plan. I am looking forward to my next visit.
I love coming in to see the same hygienist each time, unlike other places where you will see someone different. I know I’m in good hands and there is good follow up on my dental hygiene and health each visit. I highly recommend Monarch Dental!

Switched over from a different dentist office and I’m so happy I made the switch. Front staff was very helpful and kind, dentist was patient and thorough.
The doctor and staff went over the plan of action and provided the next steps. Assistant was beyond amazing as she reassured me throughout the entire procedure! Dr. Continuously asked if i was in any kind of pain through out. He did an amazing job of ensuring that i was comfortable and felt no pain. Rated 5 as that is the max but they definitely deserve higher rating!
