Updating my review: Nikki, the Office Manager, personally reached out after my negative experience with one member of her team. She apologized, asked me to call her, and offered solutions. I was genuinely surprised—in a good way—that she took the time to follow up on a critical review to understand what happened and improve her team. When we spoke, she was incredibly understanding and truly listened to my experience. Her professionalism stood out, and she made me feel heard while also acknowledging areas for improvement. Because of that conversation, I feel comfortable recommending this office to friends and family. Her leadership is clearly reflected in the kindness and helpfulness of the rest of the team. I also hope the individual I interacted with takes her guidance to heart and works on improving their bedside manner.
Great customer service and caring staff
Hello guys. Let me tell you something about this place . They have a great and amazing customer service. At the front the people are welcoming you with a warm and gentle hi or how are you , making you very relax and comfortable. When you go in to see the doctor or for the X-ray , o god they are so gentle asking you probably that are you ok or is everything fine. The doctors are amazing as well they give you the best options you can have with your mouth situation, great consultation and great work. It was amazing. I really enjoyed being there , do you know why ? Because most of dentists offices are scary you hear a lot of machines going on buzzzzz bizzzz and all that making you scare as hell , but in monarch dental you fill relax and welcome and enjoying the time you have there because of there great team.
