Dr. Bryant and his team took real time with me. The evaluation lasted about three hours and nothing was rushed: a full set of x-rays, a panoramic image, impressions and photos, and he explained what he saw and what the options were in plain language. Elena at the front desk has been responsive by phone and email and followed up the same day. A careful, patient office. Five stars.

Dr. Aguirre and Dental Assistant Emily, I believe, paid extra attention to getting me completely numb and making the process comfortable. I got referred to an ENT for issues that became apparent to Dr. Aguirre during his work which was also most helpful. Emily made sure to take great notes so my next visit and work to be done would go smoothly and there wouldn’t be any confusion.

I got my wisdom teeth out like a month ago and did it awake. Dr. Aguirre made it super comfortable for me and I really appreciated it because I was scared. Rubi the dental tech was also very sweet and attentive to me. I am very pleased with my experience.

Monarch Dental & Orthodontics San Antonio,Tx on Austin hwy is amazing with their clients also work well with there clients on cost for your dental to keep your pearly whites beautiful. My experience has been wonderful. Come try them out. Customer service is awesome . I have been a client for several years. I have had all kinds of dental work done on case by case basis. I can't say enough. . I'm sorry I don't have pics. Its affordable.

Dr. Aguirre was great, he has a way of making you feel at ease even when he’s pulling your tooth. All the staff are friendly and show genuine concern for your comfort. I’ve been going here for several years and they have always done their best to work me in whenever needed.

Dr Braynt was awesome ,explained xrays of my implants very sincerely with me,he showed me how they had done a bad job on not putting my screws in right, and I really appreciated very much ,and did awesome cleaning on my implants ,,I will be going back 😀 👍

Dr was very gentle and most everything went fine. My only thing was I applied for financing and was accepted but with in 5 mins of signing and leaving the office they were unable to allow me to pay it in full and forgo the financing...m first time I have encountered this issue. But oh well....

Visited Monarch Dental on June 3rd 2026 for my routine cleaning. The staff were as always outstanding. Elena keeps everything running smoothly and treats you like family. Our hygienist, Violet, is one of the best that we have ever met. She is very professional and one of the kindest people you’ll ever want to meet. We won’t go anywhere else but Monarch.

The service was timely by each staff member involved. I am still under treatment but would recommend Monarch to others.

Had a few fillings done today, Dr. Bryant is very professional. His etiquette is very admirable but he’s also kind and gentle. I felt no pain so I appreciate that lol Damian the RDA is also absolutely kind and friendly. In fact the entire staff is friendly at this location. this will be my dental office moving forward. :)

I actually don't mind going to the dentist now that I go to Monarch Dental. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist is excellent. She is gentle and very thorough. I've been going to Monarch Dental for several years now and I highly recommend it.

I love Monarch Dental on Mt Calvary in Northeast San Antonio! Excellent Dental & Front Office teams! Elena always greets you with a smile and takes care of any services with insurance. I have been going to this location for almost 10 years and they have taken care of issues such as an extraction and replacement of a molar broken in half by piece of crispy bacon! Replacing crowns on front teeth, arresting & reversing periodontal disease. I love my hygenist too! I have never had anxiety with any procedure due to the excellent care by my team at this location ;)
