Nice dental clinic with friendly, attentative, and competent staff. The location is convenient and well maintained. They do a good job communicating with you both in person, electronically and via the phone. Always remember to floss!

The service was timely by each staff member involved. I am still under treatment but would recommend Monarch to others.

Had a few fillings done today, Dr. Bryant is very professional. His etiquette is very admirable but he’s also kind and gentle. I felt no pain so I appreciate that lol Damian the RDA is also absolutely kind and friendly. In fact the entire staff is friendly at this location. this will be my dental office moving forward. :)

I actually don't mind going to the dentist now that I go to Monarch Dental. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist is excellent. She is gentle and very thorough. I've been going to Monarch Dental for several years now and I highly recommend it.

Great front office staff (friendly and efficient). Same goes for my dental technician. I was in for a routine cleaning and a gum evaluation.

I’ve had a great experience with Monarch from being able to be seen the same day due to pain, and wonderful assistance scheduling surgery at a different location. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, informative, empathetic & communicate effectively. Highly recommended.

I love Monarch Dental on Mt Calvary in Northeast San Antonio! Excellent Dental & Front Office teams! Elena always greets you with a smile and takes care of any services with insurance. I have been going to this location for almost 10 years and they have taken care of issues such as an extraction and replacement of a molar broken in half by piece of crispy bacon! Replacing crowns on front teeth, arresting & reversing periodontal disease. I love my hygenist too! I have never had anxiety with any procedure due to the excellent care by my team at this location ;)

Went in for minor dental work. Elena and the staff are amazing. Appointments are handled promptly and efficiently. We receive all of our dental care at Monarch.

It was a great visit. Everybody was great. The dental hygienist was very talkative, kept me steady with all the cleaning she was doing. It was fine. I was always tense about going to a dentist and getting clean and she kept me calm through the talking. She was very right. You should give her a raise, and the other girls were great. Also I really appreciate what y'all do for me. Thank you.

The folks at this clinic are very warm, capable and the vibe is one of a family setting. I love my hygienist….super sweet!

Dentist was good about providing options and explaining each in detail. Ladies at front desk are always very polite, helpful and professional.

Staff is amazing and Dr Bryant is super the only dentist so trust and has never hurt me!!!

I absolutely love Monarch!!! It was super easy to set an appointment over the phone. The new patient forms were sent digitally, easy to fill out and sign using my phone. The office was easy to find, the staff were informative, helpful, professional and friendly. The techs were patient, explanatory, nice and calming. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean and welcoming. I’ve been to this location twice. The first time they were busy and running a little behind, the front desk informed me of the minor delay and I was seen within 15-20 minutes of the appointment time. Not bad of a wait (this was the day for braces). My appointment went smoothly, they showed my issue extreme attention and made me feel like I’d been a patient of theirs for years. My second visit, I was seen on time, with the same attention to details. The day wasn’t as busy so I was able to make a same day follow on appointment for teeth whitening. I paid out of pocket for all needs and I must say, they are fair, greatly priced and run monthly customer favored specials. My son will be visiting SA so I will try to get him in next week for a quick checkup and cleaning.

Great experience here at the Terrell Hills location. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was a first timer but they treated me like a long time patient. Thank you for a great visit.
