I honestly can't say enough about the kindness and care of the folks at Monarch Dental at 5841 NW Loop 410. Every single person I interacted with was a blessing and a joy! X-rays were done with care, prepping, numbing, payment
... Everything was so nice I'm still relaxed! And that's saying a lot because I had a root canal just 4 hours ago!
The doctor listened to the same songs we sing at church (in Spanish, but I'm bilingual so worked for me), and the consistent communication and care was incredible. I actually dozed off for a minute because I was so well cared for! The spacer to hold my jaw open for me, the rubber dam so I could swallow normally throughout, etc. was all first rate! I'm switching to this office. I don't care that I'm gonna pass several others on the way. I'm very grateful I was referred to this office for my root canal. Such an amazing group of people!!! God bless you all!

Very friendly and helpful service, at a good price. Emily at the front desk was very helpful! Never have had any problems!

I have been here 4 times now in 2 years and always had a great experience for teeth cleaning. Jovanna at the reception is great too.

I love Monarch Dental! The space is easily accessible in terms of distance, parking and seating. The staff are incredibly kind and ensure I know how to take care of any issues I have. Jovanna makes sure I can get in and out speedily. I had some concerna using a chain dentist from past experiences but the team here is great!

Wonderful experience there for all my work, 3 crowns. Laura, Elena and Giovanna look after your every need up front. Emily and Damien (rechs) assist with great care and attention to detail. They are a magnificent group! Well done!!

Laura, at the Terrell Hills location, and the Business Manager went above and beyond to work with me to ensure I received the treatment needed. All around the experience was fantastic,staff was friendly. The Assistant (Damien) apologies if misspelled was great wait was average but I’m not one to complain about wait time. Overall no complaints here.

Violet and the rest of the staff are great! Everything is straightforward and they are always happy to explain things.

By far the best experience I’ve had at this clinic. Emily & the staff did their best to make me feel so comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a fear of coming to the dentist! 🫶🏼

I've been coming here for years, and I appreciate the friendly service! Violet is usually my technician, and she is extra gentle. I always leave with squeaky clean teeth!

Got a good and deep cleaning after years of not going. I can’t see myself not going another few months. Violet did a great and thorough job on the cleaning, answering questions, and politeness! The entire front staff is always welcoming and didn’t get too mad at me for being late (I kid). 12/10 would recommend, and if you’re coming for a free cleaning, come here!
