I had a great experience with Norma at Monarch Dental. She was very polite, patient, and made me feel comfortable right away. I really appreciated that she took the time to show me how to properly floss—something no one’s ever explained that clearly before. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.❤️🦷🪥

the x-ray tech ,dr and Hector were awesome as usual. just curious usually Hector tells me when switching from 6 months to 4 months But has always happy with service. Thank you

Staff was very courteous and nice, especially Mr. Brandon.
The orthodontist was very helpful and honest about what was needed to be done and wasn’t trying to upsell me on any additional work that wasn’t needed. I appreciated the honesty and will be coming back.

The staff is always amazing and today was no exception. Brandon and Hector were so friendly! No one ever enjoys a dental visit, but the way these two, and everyone for that matter, put me at ease and just talked, cannot be overstated!

The front staff is one of a kind and genuinely nice people. They were so helpful and down to earth. Made me feel confident and comfortable with my choices. The only down fall I would have to say is that the facility is so aged and not updated.

My visits to Monarch Dental are always pleasant and easy with pleasant people in each office. I rarely have to wait much time to be seen and everyone is very professional. The offices are always accommodating and very clean. When given the opportunity, I recommend Monarch Dental to friends and family.

Staff is always professional, personable and gentle.

Wait time was minimal. Everyone was really helpful and knowledgeable. Went through a cleaning that I had never had before with injections but of course trust that the medical staff knows what they are doing after all our teeth like our sight are very important.

I appreciate the dentist is easy to work with. He does not do any unnecessary work. In the past I have had some issues with front desk where billing was not clear and I had some surprises.

I was in Dire Straits. I had a severe infection and had been dealing with it for five days and was referred to the office. I wasn’t the most friendliest person when I first came in. But the endodontist and the assistant handled me so well. They were professional. They were kind Explained everything to me and truly took care of me. I cannot thank Them enough for their services and their professionalism and their compassion. I think I have told about 20 people. I didn’t even need one pain medication nor have I had 1 ounce of pain or problems. Everything from the very beginning was top-notch. I will continue to spread the word on the excellent service. I was having tons of trouble finding an all-in-one kind of dentist that would accept my HMO plan. Then I found this place and ended up making them my general dentist instead after the first visit since they have an endodontist. Absolutely love everyone here. The front staff, endo department and general dentistry staff have treated me with the utmost respect and given me their undivided attention and amazing services which included root canal, crown and fillings. I highly recommend this location and will continue to be a future patient

Ortho folks are friendly and professional!!Staff in the front totally different story!!I don't need to contact anyone in regards to this rating as I go to a different monarch dental for dental work/cleaning and friendly staff!!
