Had a fantastic experience at this office. Dr. Dutton and Hector, the hygienist, were absolutely phenomenal—they are incredibly gentle and clearly prioritize patient comfort. The young man that took my x-rays was also impressive; he was proficient, fast, and very caring. I was equally impressed by the front office staff. They are highly organized and greeted me by name, with all my paperwork ready to go the moment I arrived. The entire process was efficient and the chairside manner was top-tier. I’ll definitely be recommending this practice to all my friends and family.

I've been to three appointments for a cleaning and a filling. Everyone is very kind and caring. My English is basic, so they arranged for someone to translate for me. Thank you for everything.

In 2019, I had work done at a different location. Fast forward to now, I went to this location as I live closer to this one. What's the difference? Nothing. They are all so kind, patient, and thorough. They are consistent and trustworthy. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I've never been more comfortable in this type of setting. I left excited, about continuing my dental plan. Thank you all, so much, for all that you do!

i always dread dental visits so i was anxious upon arrival. front desk was very welcoming. i was called back right at my appointment time so there was no wait. the dental assistant, lupe, was so nice & made my comfort top priority. the dental hygienist, cece, was amazing & also helped ease my nerves. then best of all, dr. dutton was the best! he gave great recommendations but wasn’t pushy. they got me my quotes for treatment & next visit scheduled so quickly. i recommend this place to anyone needing dental work or just a routing check up.

So my daughter had cracked two back teeth biting on her tongue ring ball so I went to a different dentist and they quoted me 980 each tooth (mind you they didn’t do and an actual exam they just stuck a mirror in her mouth and stated she needed a crown on both teeth)so I came in for a different opinion and they did a full check from X-rays to an actual exam on her damaged teeth and was able to get fills for both back teeth costing only 400 super friendly and very good on breaking down what they were going to do on my daughter the staff was amazing we had Lupita who assisted the dentist and she was amazing they understood the sensitivity my daughter was under and made her feel very comfortable would definitely recommend and would come back as a primary dentist 🥰

I am very impressed by the Monarch Dental office on Loop 410 and Roxbury in San Antonio. The office staff are professional and helpful. My endodontist is very skilled and performed excellent work. I am thinking about moving my preventative care to them.

Monarch Dental was great from the time I walked in with the receptionist until the time I spent with the doctor the doctor explain everything to me where I can understand what it is that I needed to do when I left there I left there feeling good because now I know what I have to do thanks to Monarch Dental
