Kind , professional, knowledgeable people. The cleaning service was excellent and kept me calm throughout. The price is a bit high. I wish I could receive a bit of a discount since im getting so much done here. For the reason may reconsider recommending to others.

I had the best care and treatment both by receptionist, Sabrina Dental tech, Sophia and Vicky And specially Dr Oana Burceag ! She was kind, gentle during procedure and extremely professional! Best experience I have ever had!

Very professional and friendly from the front desk to the dental chair. Dr Marcus Ervin is great- listens to your concerns, answers questions, you never feel that he’s in a hurry, very experienced , and his work is excellent.

Great office! Dr. Burceag is both professional and compassionate. Amazing dentist who will take the time to answer your questions, explain your treatment options and has a gentle touch during treatment. The front and back staff are all kind, friendly and provide excellent service with a smile.

Update: 02/06/2026 So happy with my New Dentures Thanks to Dr Venkat Ragiru totally great experience and concern for my previous experience the staff were professional and friendly and helpful Disappointed I had dentures made by a the person who made the dentures no longer works for Monarch I have this was my second appointment with her replacement he told me my dentures were a very bad fit and thought they need to be replaced he recommended Mr Holmes, as he is not a permanent dentist at this location It’s been a year and I’m disappointed but hopefully Mr Holmes will remedy this situation. I have been assigned a new Dr as Dr Holmes was unable to rectify the previous set of dentures and he is starting from scratch so far I have been impressed with his ability at the fittings To be continued

Monarch at Stone Ridge is my go to dental clinic. Priscilla and Natalie are very professional and accommodating! Greeting when I walked in and apologizes if there is a delay. Carin (sorry for the misspelling) is compassionate in that she always asks if all is ok and will stop when needed. She will tell me where I’ve done a good cleaning since last visit and also the areas needing more attention! Thank you to all!
