Dr. Ibrahim and staff were wonderful. They treated me kindly and respectfully. Dr. Ibrahim and the hygienist were kind and explained everything clearly. They didn’t make me feel ashamed of my “bad teeth” and set up a plan for me to get my dental health back on track. Dr. Ibrahim is by far the best dentist I have ever been to in my life! I never even felt him numbing me. Highly recommend them!

Dr Ali is a very professional dentist and his staff is awesome. Living this far out and having a Monarch around 3 miles is awesome.

God bless Dr. Alghadban. I'm amazed at the care Dr. Alghadban & his surgical assistant gave me yesterday. Dr. Alghadban has some of the best bed-side manners I've experienced in many many dental visits I've experienced in my life time. Front staff; Debbie was amazing as well.

Had a new hygienist. She was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable

I was called to come early which I did. When I went in they called me back. The doctor came in and numbed the areas to be fixed and left. I sat in the chair for over 15 minutes. Then the doctor came in and fixed the problem. If the doctor is that busy then they should not have called me to come in early.

Great staff, but, please hire another hygienist, one is not enough. She was sweet but probably new. They pulled her for other stuff while getting me set up for a cleaning. Should have been in and out.

I really liked the dental hygienist I saw. She gave me lots of good information.

I had to go in for an emergent appointment to meet Dr. Patel for the first time. From the moment I walked in the team was right on it with exceptional care, overall, my experience was superior to any other dentist visit I have been to in the past.

I like the hygienist, but they want me to come back every 4 months. I normally would go once a year. I think every 4 months is too much.

This location is absolutely wonderful! I had issues with cavities and Dr. Patel and his stuff were amazing. It been a long time since I went to the dentist due to not have very good insurance. I now work at a bank that provides me better options in insurance so I can actually go. Dr. Patel was very patient and understanding. His staff was very friendly and helpful. They do have more than one payment options if the cost is too much which I loved. I have to go back for a deep cleaning. I really love the location and everyone was nice. They did have a tv in the lobby which makes wait a lot easier. I didn’t wait long at all. Very fast services. I didn’t think they were going to be able to get my cavities filled same day but, they did. Dr. Patel and his staff squeezed me in with no issues. This will be my primary dentist for here on out. My husband is going to go as well. I just need to make him an appointment for cleaning. Dr. Patel first question was what I don’t like about my smile. I love that because, most dentists don’t care what you don’t like. I told him what I don’t like and he is working on getting my that smile I have always wanted. Even his assistant informed me don’t worry they will get me back on track. I was embarrassed about the cavities, however, they never made me feel uncomfortable at all. If you are looking for a place that will not judge you on your teeth and want to truly help you. This is your place.

I was called here to move some old parent reports to another location for safekeeping’s. Everyone has always have a great smile and are always happy go lucky.

Definitely just a basic chain dentist experience. However, I’ve been to other chains that are more updated than this, with beverages in the lobby and at least a t.v. to watch while you wait in the chair. No tv here. Just a poster. Their panoramic X-ray was also not working which meant I had to undergo the other, more painful xray option. Not sure if this is standard procedure here, but no patient goodie bag was given with floss, toothpaste, and toothbrush. The back office area just wasn’t super well kept as a facility. There were scuff marks all over the walls that made it feel that way.

I am Toribio Castro and I liked during my visit I was able to schedule on seeing the gum Dr. on the following week.

EXCELLENT customer service from the staff and found Dr. Patel to be very thorough.
