Friendly, professional staff. This was my first time with Dr. Ashby and she was awesome. She explained what procedures had to be done and was given the option as to what I wanted to do first.
The service was good and effective. The only down side was that it seems that some kind of training of new technicians was going on that extended the service time from the usual 30 min to over 1 hour. Should be realized that the customer may have other schedules to meet. The treatment was on spot.

My dental hygienist Autumn was wonderful and very professional. The front desk staff, Lily was very welcoming and kind. The dentist on duty Verdant Gohil was not very professional. He has zero bedside manner. I was treated more like a statistic and not a person. He was in the room all of five minutes or less. I wasn’t greeted. He asked me one question. And then spoke to hygienist and left the room. He did not go over my treatment and visit with me. but he did tell the hygienist as if I wasn’t there. He seemed as if in a hurry and very put out. Well guess what? We as patients don’t want to be there either. We are not having fun. But we do expect respect from our professionals. There is a human attached to those set of teeth.
Monarch is an awesome place to go to. I had to get 11 crowns and didn’t feel a thing. Staff and dentist are awesome

I truly appreciate how everyone from the receptionist, to the techs, to the hygienist & the dentist take time to explain procedures and how friendly they are. The hygienist was a vibe and taught me to stay away from charcoal toothpaste for teeth whitening.

I have been going to this location since it open and I can honestly say that I have never experienced a problem with the service provided.
