This place has a nice staff.especially the pro at the front desk.They are all wonderful.

My dental hygienist Autumn was wonderful and very professional. The front desk staff, Lily was very welcoming and kind. The dentist on duty Verdant Gohil was not very professional. He has zero bedside manner. I was treated more like a statistic and not a person. He was in the room all of five minutes or less. I wasn’t greeted. He asked me one question. And then spoke to hygienist and left the room. He did not go over my treatment and visit with me. but he did tell the hygienist as if I wasn’t there. He seemed as if in a hurry and very put out.
Well guess what? We as patients don’t want to be there either. We are not having fun. But we do expect respect from our professionals.
There is a human attached to those set of teeth.

Monarch is an awesome place to go to. I had to get 11 crowns and didn’t feel a thing. Staff and dentist are awesome

I truly appreciate how everyone from the receptionist, to the techs, to the hygienist & the dentist take time to explain procedures and how friendly they are. The hygienist was a vibe and taught me to stay away from charcoal toothpaste for teeth whitening.

The Monarch dentist was very gentle and explained everything clearly. In addition, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease. I have been going to this location since it open and I can honestly say that I have never experienced a problem with the service provided. The doctors and staff are very caring, friendly and experienced. If you are looking for a great dental office, then look no farther. I highly recommend the location at 430 W. Loop 1604 N, San Antonio.
