Every one was very attentive were nice and not in a hurry to get me out for next patient

I have never had a bad experience at this Monarch office in the 5 years I've been going. This last visit was no exception. The staff is friendly and professional. They work with you on insurance and don't try to upsale you. I recommend them as a dentist you can trust!

Monarch dental is a tightly run ship. I had a infected tooth and the lady at the front desk was so helpful. She got me in at the earliest available appointment, told me that she would call my insurance and set everything up. Then,she had my doctor call me in antibiotics. I was in a lot of pain,my cheek was as big as a tennis ball, I was scared, her confidence and know how put me at ease.
And then there's my Doctor, Dr Eddie Yi
and the technicians. Again, I was really scared and they were just so attentive, and they cared so much it really helped me to calm down. Dr. Young explained everything that was going to happen step by step. All I have to say is that I used to be afraid of the dentist, but thanks to the people that mind dental I am not afraid anymore 😊

I had a positive experience at Monarch. I’m so reluctant to see the dentist due to fear, but they made me feel comfortable .

Everyone was nice except one.person who needed some more customer service classes. I thought Dr Yi was trying to be very gentle considering what he had to do. I hope to see him on all my appointments.

I had Dr. Neeraj did 3 extractions with local anesthesia and I didn’t feel anything. The staff made me feel really comfortable and I even had a comedy show. No complaints here!

I have changed my 1 star review to a 4 star. Monarch dental reached out to me 6/20/25 that they could schedule me in on 6/23/25 for my cleaning since I was put on a waitlist. Front desk notified me that they hired a new hygienist and I was able to be seen. I will say Customer service was very good when visited and I have no complaints about my cleaning. I do appreciate Monarch Dental FM78 taking the necessary steps to right a “wrong”. I hope they continue to listen to their patients because I appreciated it very much.

USED to be my dentistry of choice since 2021. As of recently, I do not recommend this dentistry. In order to get work done all types of visits need to be scheduled on different dates which won’t work for people who have young children or have a job where time off is limited. Exams, cleanings, or any work done will be scheduled on dates that are too far apart. For example, I got notified yesterday (today is 6/18) that my cleaning scheduled back in December (6months ago) would have to be rescheduled until September bc their hygienist took a leave of absence, which I understand, but why wouldn’t Monarch Dental have another hygienist on call for situations like these? Front desk didn’t seem to be phased either when I pointed this out. So if you want an unreliable dentistry I suppose this is the one for you.

Fast and friendly service. Had a dental emergency that I had put off for too long, called and received a appt for the next day. Through exam that was explained step by step as well as my diagnosis. Performed the procedure the same day with ease. Very friendly staff, I'd recommend them to anyone. Affordable pricing, especially with insurance. Also recommended future procedures that I will have done at the same location. Shows that they care about your oral health. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed✊🏾

My experience at Monarch Dental was very pleasant and the employees were very attentive.

My entire family has been coming to Monarch Dental for nearly 20 years, and we’ve always appreciated the warm and welcoming front office staff they’re truly wonderful. The only downside has been the frequent turnover of hygienists. At one point, I wasn’t able to get an appointment for almost six months because they didn’t have a hygienist available, which was really inconvenient. Overall, though, I genuinely love the staff. While a few of the dentists over the years weren’t quite the right fit for me, most have been excellent and provided great care.

I want to share the BEST Monarch Dental Dentist is Dr. Yi he is so caring and general and most importantly he does EXCELLENT WORK Thank you so much I will tell anyone looking for a Dentist about my Dentist Dr. Yo he is GREAT. The staff are wonderful also and the 2 Ladies in the front are very nice always service with a smile and so understanding when you have to reschedule Thank you for that I appreciate you and others

For being at the dentist phenomenal appointment. I had oral surgery done no swelling of the face, very little discomfort afterwards.staff, oral surgeon,nurse, just everyone was fantastic. I will be using this dental office from now on

Very kind and respectful staff members. I was a little hesitant due to previous reviews. I scheduled appointment online the night before. I received a call to go over insurance. Helped verify and confirm amount for me to pay in office. From walk in to getting seen was less than 5 minutes. Plan on going routinely.

I've been using Monarch dental for several years now. The administrative staff, technicians, and doctors have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend!

My sons have been patients of Dr. Fathi for orthodontic care for over two years now. One of my children has special needs. He is nonverbal and sometimes struggles to comply when given directions. Dr. Fathi is kind and patient went working with my son allowing him to receive successful and complete orthodontic care. The office personnel and dental staff are also kind and professional. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience at Monarch Dental.

O my goodness. It was such a pleasant visit. I was very nervous when l walked in, because it was my first visit. But the moment I walked in, the receptionist the nursing staff and dentist were so delightful that they made me feel comfortable. The Dental Hygienist was awesome and the office staff friendly.

Had an emergency swollen gums and infection in a broken tooth, they took me in during a building issue causing them to close early. I greatly appreciate them for helping me out.very informative and working with me to get my chewing back to a proper functioning and healthy resolution. Thank you guys from the front counter to all the technicians to the doc.

I had such an amazing experience with the whole team. I feel like they did a comprehensive imaging for a baseline of my dental health. They’re great!

The new check in made things go a lot quicker. Wait time was minimal. Everyone that I came in contact was pleasant and kind. Good vibes. Keep up the good work.

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Yi so relaxing and very fast at what he does he cares and wants his Patient to know everything they will be going though Thank you I love his work
