This review is for a visit on 1/8/2024 to the Dental Hygienist at the Bandera Road location in San Antonio, TX. He was very professional in his demeanor and did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth, explaining to me as he went along what actions he was taking. I will definitely go back to him again.

Very friendly staff. They got me in and out really quickly. The Dr was short and to the point. He was nice for sure, he asked me a couple questions to make small talk but not much of a conversationist. He was very professional and did an amazing job. I enjoyed talking to the nurses they joked around while still being professional. I was very comfortable even for my first time being at the dentist. I was nervous but they all made it easier. This is a good place for people who don't have insurance and people with insurance.
I saw the dental hygienist and he was great! He’s always so pleasant and lets me know what I can work on to improve the health of my teeth and gums. I really appreciate him.

Dr Bates is top notch! Hardly felt the needle. He works quickly and accurately.
Very attentive to my comfort and quality of work. When the first crown didn't fit just the way it should, Dr Bates sent it back to the lab to be redone. I would recommend this location.
Fallon did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She took plenty of time making sure to clean every surface well. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it. Fallon also provided me with some great recommendations that will help me in the care of my teeth beyond brushing and flossing. I greatly appreciated her knowledge and skill.
Truly, one of the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had. Very efficient, very knowledgeable. No pain!

Had my annual check up with doctor Bates, he’s very professional, answered all of my questions patiently. Beatriz did a great job with my X rays. Felix, did a great job with my cleaning and gave me advice for keeping them clean. Great staff up front as well.
