The reception area ladies were attentive and friendly. I was very impressed with the whole team. The hygienist Brandy was very calming while cleaning my teeth she was effective and very thorough even applying the floride. She also ask me if I wanted a neck rest which was very comfortable and above all was exceptionally kind of her. My overall experience was refreshing and I would highly recommend Monarch Dental to my friends and family. Ask for Brandy, you won't be disappointed. Dr Cesar is amazing.❤️

The staff at Monarch always makes me feel welcomed, the dental hygienist who attended to me was super sweet and very conscious of making sure I didn’t feel any pain while she performed her cleaning procedure.

At Monarch Dental it feels like home. Everybody there from the front receptionist, the dental hygienist and all the staff and especially Dr. Caesar. They make you feel like family. The service is awesome and they make sure you get what you want!

I was late, due to traffic. Not much of a wait. Pleasant front desk. Very nice new hygienist. Seemed quite efficient. Dr. Ceasar, friendly and informative. Office called later to set next appointment, and apparently they'll discuss my costs going forward.

I was very pleased with this office. Everyone, from the staff to the doctor was absolutely so kind and accommodating. I went in with pain and they made me an appointment for the very next day. The girls at the front went out of their way to help me and make sure I got in to be seen as soon as possible. You will not be unsatisfied if you choose this office.

If u need a dentist please consider Monarch on New Braunfels street. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The Dentist is Wonderful. She is very patient and understanding when it comes to your needs. I have high anxiety and for the 1st time I was able to have a filling fixed without medication to calm me. She makes you feel so comfortable and she takes her time. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended

At this facility the staff is very nice and professional they go over ur paperwork appointment and answer ur questions. The Doctor is very nice goes over ur treatment plan and is very patient with the customer and makes us feel like home answer ur questions n like this place a lot

I haven’t been to a dental office in ages, so even making this appointment I was nervous. When walking in I was greeted immediately and taken care of, my insurance was a little difficult initially but Claudia got everything I needed and more. i felt relief knowing that I was in good hands. Claudia reassured me that payment would be worked on when I could pay back. I got my X-rays done and the woman that took them was very sweet and patient. My dentist Dr. Hines-Caesar was amazing, very friendly and quick. My boyfriend then decided to want to come to this office as well after meeting Dr. Hines Caesar. I have an appointment next month and I am really looking forward to it because they are professional and courteous.
