Front office sraff was very friendly and acommodating, helping me with check-in, seconday to my hand tremors, & lack of technology skills. The Dental Asst, Rheana, was friendly, gentle, and explained procedurs, & hianswered my questions, while at the same time being very efficient. Dr Ceaser, is always upbeat, explaining the treatment plan clearly.

The service here was awesome. From the front desk helping get me in the system to dental hygienists thst did the x-rays to the dentist himself. I am happy I found this Monarch.

All my questions was answered. Office area was Tranquil.

I was taking good care of yesterday . The doctor was so nice and friendly . The whole staff is just amazing !!!

The reception area ladies were attentive and friendly. I was very impressed with the whole team. The hygienist Brandy was very calming while cleaning my teeth she was effective and very thorough even applying the floride. She also ask me if I wanted a neck rest which was very comfortable and above all was exceptionally kind of her. My overall experience was refreshing and I would highly recommend Monarch Dental to my friends and family. Ask for Brandy, you won't be disappointed. Dr Cesar is amazing.❤️

The staff at Monarch always makes me feel welcomed, the dental hygienist who attended to me was super sweet and very conscious of making sure I didn’t feel any pain while she performed her cleaning procedure.

The whole office staff is happy and attentive to patients needs. Dr. V. Caesar is an incredible dentist with lots of experience.

At Monarch Dental it feels like home. Everybody there from the front receptionist, the dental hygienist and all the staff and especially Dr. Caesar. They make you feel like family. The service is awesome and they make sure you get what you want!

I was late, due to traffic. Not much of a wait. Pleasant front desk. Very nice new hygienist. Seemed quite efficient. Dr. Ceasar, friendly and informative. Office called later to set next appointment, and apparently they'll discuss my costs going forward.

I was very pleased with this office. Everyone, from the staff to the doctor was absolutely so kind and accommodating. I went in with pain and they made me an appointment for the very next day. The girls at the front went out of their way to help me and make sure I got in to be seen as soon as possible. You will not be unsatisfied if you choose this office.

If u need a dentist please consider Monarch on New Braunfels street. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The Dentist is Wonderful. She is very patient and understanding when it comes to your needs. I have high anxiety and for the 1st time I was able to have a filling fixed without medication to calm me. She makes you feel so comfortable and she takes her time. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended
