I have been coming to see Dr. Caesar for years and has always made me feel comfortable and not badgering me on like if I’m a bad person for not taking care of my teeth. I went in yesterday to finally get my permanent crowns on my teeth but they came back with bigger than my normal teeth and a darker shade than my other teeth. Dr. Caesar assured me that not to worry and that she will call the lab and she wanted pictures on how my teeth were before so they can match them similar to that and in a lighter shade. They put back a temporary crown but didn’t really notice to much on how dramatic the color was till I went outside and saw how the color shade was so yellow. I went back inside and asked reception if they could fix it or put a color on the teeth to make it lighter and she said “No, they couldn’t” At that moment, I wanted to cry because I didn’t want to have these temporary teeth for a month looking like that. Dr. Ceasar went out of her way and called me to set appointment the next day on her day off to fix my temporaries. I was so happy and appreciated all that she has done for me because “Your SMILE tells a lot to people when you SMILE” and I thought I wasn’t going to SMILE for a whole month till I get my crowns on my teeth. Dr. Ceasar lifted me up when I thought I was going to be down for awhile. Thank you Dr. Ceasar. You are the reason why I will only go back to this location. Thanks again for making me SMILE. 😁

Dr. Ceaser is efficient and cares about her patients. She will always do her best to accommodate everyone, and will work through a plan with you to solve any issue you might have, whether it be a cost or a recovery plan for procedure. She is a good team leader for her staff and stays very engaged. Side note: If there is ever a wait- I was able to check in, hang out in the shopping area until they gave me a call. So kind!
