This is the best Monarch location in San Antonio. I had a poor experience at the Monarch location at 281 & Evans but this Stone Oak location is great.

Routine teeth clean and exam. This was a very pleasant experience. The hygienist was very personable, genuinely cared and enjoyed her job. She was meticulous and thorough.

This office is outstanding. Very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Alvarez is very knowledgeable, kind and makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone. And I myself will be seeing them again in the future.

Dr. Alvarez is wonderfully kind and extraordinarily skilled. They were done with the root canal in less than an hour and a half. He and Marquita and Shani made the whole procedure so stress free and comfortable. So grateful!

I had an amazing experience with Tish today! It was hands-down the best, most thorough cleaning I have ever received. She was incredibly gentle and professional, and she took great care to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth have never felt cleaner—I can’t recommend Tish enough!

I went for my first visit yesterday and had to bring along my two month old son. The whole staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with us. They were able to get my cleaning done same day so I didn’t have to return a different day. I really appreciated the support and am glad I’ve found a great place for dental care.

Staff here is nice; Dr Ervin is very sweet and kind - can somebody look forward to going to the dentist? I don't hate it 🙂

Great care from the hygienist at Monarch Dental on Stone Oak.Dr. Vee talks to me during the procedure and explains everything to me as she does it and why she is doing it. She does an amazing job and she is very friendly!

The actual dental stuff is superb and efficient, on me and my kid. The office coordinating appointments and payment is just as superb. A marvelous experience so far.

They were able to squeeze me in for a not quite permanent fix of a sudden dental problem. It sure helped me out. I was in for a cleaning and was surprised when they did a Panorex. They said it was to be done every five years. The cleaning was done nicely and Dr. Ervin came by and reviewed the Panorex with me, even though he wasn't scheduled to see me. I felt this was very reassuring and nice. A good visit. Routine cleaning today. Very efficient. Another good experience with a thorough teeth cleaning. Semi-yearly cleaning. All good!!

Wait time was short, the assistant explained all that would transpire while preparing the tools for the endodontist. The endodontist, Dr. Arevalos Castellanos, expertly worked while explaining each step. Because the room was cold, they provided me with a blanket. All were personable.

Leticia is the best hygienist I have ever been to. The care is unmatched!

This should be your dental home! I’ve been going since I think 2018. (It’s been a long time) I had a lot of dental problems that Dr. Ervin had a wonderful bedside manner & has done my smile wonders. The hygienist, Vi, Is also really great great bedside manner very nice and polite. And the rest of the staff are just as good. This is where you want to go, I promise! I used to live in the area, but now I live in Universal City and I still go to them. We have so much history. I think everybody wants that. If you want that, come here!

Came in for semi annual cleaning, hygienist Tish was friendly, gentle and thorough. Office staff was friendly and professional as usual. Dr Ervin gave me exam and provided recommendations and I was done in 30min, I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks Monarch!

I used to dread going to the dentist. These are the firsr dentist and hygienist that made me comfortable. I'm happy to go back.

Oh my goodness. I want the name of the Dentist I had yesterday. My mouth was numb and was not Shaved down enough. Even with the mouth guard. He chisled it down perfectly and I didn't wake up this morning with a sore jaw or gum area. It's been months of that. Thank you so much for being attentive to my needs and resolving my issue
