I had my very first visit here 4/17/2024. I am scared to death of dentists! I have never felt so relieved and relaxed. Everyone was so nice and made me feel so comfortable! I couldn’t be happier that I chose this office. Thank you for being so kind. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Ervin.

I was seen early, everyone was friendly and professional, Hygienist and Dr Erwin were gentle, detailed and exceeded my expectations. My family have been patients at Monarch for over 25 years for a reason. They exceeded my expectations again.

My Dentist is very accurate at deep cleaning my teeth and makes sure I don’t have any cavities or gum issues, etc. Great work!!

This location has the best staff who are always sweet and makes any visit worth it. They also always play the best tv shows in the waiting area. They are very clean as well. Highly recommend going to this location!

My Special Needs son feels very comfortable from the moment he steps in to the lobby , through the process of getting seated in a dental room , to getting his teeth cleaned - & to his visit w/ Dr. Irvin. Dr. Alvarez took very good care of my problem. I had a root canal done once before, and it was unbearable. The experience this time was so much better. The whole team, from reception to the doctors are amazing. Thanks Monarch!

This is a new dental office for my family. Appointment made via phone and very easy. Arrival at office: we were greeted very nicely. Establishment was very easy to locate. The office was very clean and well maintained. The office staff including the receptionist, dental assistant, and dentist were all very personable, respectful, and friendly. The staff took all the time needed with my daughter. I will plan for the remainder of our family to visit for their check ups. One concern not related to staff: the parking lot is shared by other businesses. The areas are marked by some businesses, so you have an idea where you can park. The day we were seen, the parking lot was pretty full.

My experiences with Monarch Stone Oak have been exceptional! No problems with quality of care or billing at this location. I would highly recommend Monarch Stone Oak to anyone. Thank you.

The Dental assistant for (Courtney) for Dr Irvin was very professional, technically sound and great with patient relations. She was very accurate with her fitting of the temp that never came out of my mouths position after 4 weeks and made me relax from anxiety related to previous dental visits and work.

The facilities are clean and modern, and the people are very nice and helpful. I had oral surgery which went very well. I’m in my first day after the surgery, and have no pain at all. I recommend Monarch dental highly.
