Friendly staff and welcoming environment, I am always greeted with a smile by Rachel when I check in for my appointment. Stephanie is very helpful and professional, she is great at was she does and shows compassion during every visit.

I’ve been going to this location for years and have always had a good experience.
My hygienist is awesome!
Very professional and efficient.
The ladies up front are also very knowledgeable and helpful.
However, I will say that the dentist who examined me has a very poor bedside manner. Luckily I only have to see her once a year

Sometimes it takes a little longer. To get seen, but I understand they get pretty busy. But when they give you set time for your appointment n don't get seen at the time .

Had an appointment scheduled and they were on time . Had an excellent cleaning done. Also went thru a cancer prevention screening and x ray s all in all a good experience with monarch dental.

The receptionist was excellent and so was my dental hygienist. I was unable to see the dentist. He was very busy and I would have to wait a long period of time
