I have been comng to this monarch dental office on village Dr. for over 20 years. I have always had a good experience and wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors and dental hygienist and office staff are very professional and very experienced and always there to help you.

New patient at this practice. I was able to get an initial appointment very quickly. The entire experience from website, to the admin team, to Victoria and Dr. Gresham—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel like a priority.

Staff were friendly and professional from the first phone call with them through my procedure. Dr. Nagella was excellent with great personal skills. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

I am afraid of the dentist due to a few bad visits with other in the same field but my experience as a child with Dr. Nagella it was the kindest and efficient removal of a tooth. I will be returning back.

I had my teeth cleaned and everyone was so friendly, kind, informative, experienced, and professional. The hygienist asked about any concerns that I may have or medical conditions that may help her take care of my teeth more effectively. She made sure that she documented the information that I gave her in my file on the computer. She educated me on my dental issues and how to take good care of my teeth and gave me done product samples that would help me address those dental concerns, while cleaning my teeth. She was gentle and considerate of my needs during the cleaning process. The receptionist was very nice, friendly, and helpful. She had everything ready for me to be able to go to my appointment on time. She was also dry respectful and patient with me. I was made to feel welcomed and not as, if I was interfering in her office duties. She wasn’t on her cell phone enjoying a personal conversation, while she was attending to me or making me wait on her to finish her personal conversation. It is so refreshing to feel welcomed by employees and treated with kindness and respect. I them both women for treating so wonderfully. Thank you all for your professional and respectful service.

The appointment was cordial and professional. The procider that was done was explained with clarity. I didn't wait long at all in their main greeting room.

I have been going to Monarch Dental for many years now, and I have always recieved quality dental care from all the staff there. I have had crowns put in, cavities filled, teeth cleaned, and I have been happy with all of their work. I would highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for friendly dentist and staff. I'm editing my review to give details and to say that I just got a call that they will be processing a refund for me! Original review: This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. After my cleaning my teeth felt even worse and my gums were in pain for hours. Not only that but they kept hounding me for money. I called my insurance and found out they over charged me $75 and didn't get back to my until 7 months later after I contacted them multiple times via phone and email. I still haven't gotten my refund and at this point I doubt I ever will. I also had to come back after my original appointment time bc the dentist said she needed to have lunch but when I came back for my new appointment time, I waited over an hour. I just went to a new clinic and it was a night and day difference so I'm writing this to warn anyone thinking about going to this clinic!

I’ve definitely put off the work I needed to do longer than I should have - however, the team here didn’t hold that against me. The focus was to resolve my issues in a confident and successful manner. I couldn’t be more grateful for how cared for I felt and although today is a harder day for me because I’m healing a tooth - I get to rest knowing my recovery is set up for success thanks to the team here at Monarch Dental.

I just want to say, great job Sabrina, Nadia, Vicky, Gloria- hygienist you were Amazing and Dr. Holmes is so knowledgeable and friendly. Everybody there had great customer service, and everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, awesome, and amazing. Keep up the good work. I truly recommend them.
