I recently switched insurance companies and dentist . I walked in to Monarch dental to get more information and find out when the next available appointment was . Not only was the front receptionist extremely friendly she helped me navigate thru my insurance to get the information I needed. The other receptionist went to the back and asked the dentist a question for me for calcification .They had an opening next day and I took it bc my crown had fallen out. The Dental Assistant was so friendly, warm and welcoming. Throughout taking all the xrays she made sure I was ok and comfortable. The Denist I saw was Dr. Richter. He was not only very detailed with my exam telling me each step what he was looking for and why . He checked thru my medical history and really listened to my dental concerns. Fast forward I will have to see a specialist, but the young lady at the front counter walked me thru all the possible options and I could really tell she had a heart for people. This is what many customer service representatives are missing a compassion for customers . I left feeling like we had a plan and that the dental team from Monarch dental was in my corner . They have a special team dynamic and I just wanted you the reader, mom, wife, client or potential client to know that this dental office cares. And to let Monarch Dental know that made an positive impression and to keep up the good work. Truly grateful

Highly recommend being part of the messaging service. They text you updates, reminders, and you can sometimes even fill out all the pre-appointment forms, paperwork needed so you don’t have to worry about getting it all done in time. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Another great visit at the Culebra location.Super friendly i have been going for my dental care since February. They have in house financial options and also the front desk has excellant customer service. My dentist Dr Reichter is gentle and very calming. Myra is the best!! I finally got her name today. Excellent bedside manner, she checks if you need anything and I mean anything every few minutes. Another great visit for me today.

I had such a great experience with Stephanie! She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. On top of that, she was so sweet and caring. She’s easily one of the best dental hygienists I’ve ever had.

Went in for a cleaning, and follow up. Hygienist that worked with me was great and gave great advice concerning at home dental cleaning. The dentist is always so personable when he speaks with you and offers great advice as well.
