From the moment I stepped in the door everyone was kind as could be. They sqeezed me in for a tooth extraction for a tooth I cracked a couple of days earlier. They have earned my business for that reason alone.

Monarch Dental is a great place. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and at ease. They keep you pain free when working on your teeth and answer any questions you have. I have always been very nervous at dentists, but no more. The hygienist who cleans teeth is so nice and patient. The wait can be a little long, but worth it. You will leave smiling, so visit them soon.

I brought my older kiddos to the 1604 Loop location and this was a great experience. From the warm welcome and the knowledgeable staff. That took time to explain my plan to me, exactly what I was going to owe from the visit. The Dentist took time to show me where the issues were on my kiddos teeth and xrays. The kindness and patience of the assistants and Hygienist too, my one son likes to joke and kid some so, that was nice to see them being able to see the insecurities shown there with him and the experience of going to the dentist. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.

I was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and put it off for over 2 years. I have horrible medication and food allergies that definitely add to my anxieties. Very pleased with Monarch Dental on Potranco. My daughter‘s first time at this facility and I must say the place was clean and well maintained. The staff were kind, professional and had great customer service. I really appreciate how they made my daughter feel so comfortable, especially the dental hygienist, Umberto. He went above and beyond, answering all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and articulate in his responses and even going into detail about us maintaining my daughters braces/teeth in a healthy way. My mom had lost one of her dentures while at the hospital for 26 days so we went to Monarch Dental off Potranco Road and 1604. Staff was super friendly, the office was really clean and there was barely any wait times during our 5 visits. The dentist, Dr. Taoufik Faddoul made my mom feel really comfortable and made her feel special. I appreciated the professionalism as I know how stressed my mom was. The dentures came out great and was worth the wait.
