Such a great experience from the moment I walked in. The staff is knowledgeable and answered all my questions and the biggest thing…they are gentle! I made a great choice picking Monarch Dental.

My 2nd visit and cleaning took place on August 5th and it went very well. Everything took place in less than an hour and I left feeling good about how they handled my dental procedure.

I highly recommend this office. I get here and am greeted by the front desk and they’re so nice and make you feel at ease. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. From getting my tooth pulled to a full on cleaning. I have no complaints. I was walked thru every step and they answered any questions or concerns I had. When I came I was embarrassed of my smile and now I don’t think twice when I smile. 10 out of 10 definitely recommending my family here.

Overall experience was very positive. I was able to easily schedule an appointment and fill out all of the new patient paperwork online for my mom who is on Medicare, which is extremely convenient. The staff was friendly and did a good job explaining the treatment plan.

I really like how they explained and helped me with the financial aspect of the process and treatment and what was best for my health. The dentist was really helpful the front ladies as well. They continue to help provide wellness through my cleaning process. I’m really thankful:) I’m transferring my daughter to get her braces here that’s how well they treat and take care of you here Mai RRD is amazing!.

Excellent customer service! There was absolutely no wait time, which I really appreciated. My daughter and I came in for routine checkups, and the entire visit was fast, efficient, and professional. I had some heavy buildup on my teeth, and honestly, I was amazed at the results after the cleaning they completely exceeded my expectations. Everyone was kind, attentive, and skilled. Highly recommend!
