The staff and hygienist were amazing. Very informative and very nice.

I went to get my monthly braces adjustments. The service was great, as always!

Dr. Jihan Aitelcadi is a great dentist, she explains everything well, gets to know the worries or plans of the patients in regards to their oral health-she has treated my husband and I with much kindness and respect. She is the first to tell me my crown placement was beautiful lol It shows she cares of the treatment and results.

My experience was very thorough and professional. I really enjoy this Clinic, because I can walk out with a clean beautiful smile.

I visited this location for the 1st time and I can say without a doubt that I have found my dental home. From the moment I walked in until the time I left and all the minutes in between I was treated with kindness, empathy, warmth and as if I were their favorite patient. Every step was explained to me, they heard me when I expressed that dental appointments make me nervous and needles make me run (lol). All staff: front desk, assistant, hygienist and the dentist showed genuine care and compassion during all services. I left feeling like I was apart of their family. My next visit is scheduled for January and I will be there with bells on. If you're looking for great dental service, I highly recommend this location where Dr. Aitelcadi and get team will take excellent care of you. Sherita

I love this office! Dr. Aitelcadi and her staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She made a true connection with me and made sure I understood the need for my deep cleaning and fillings to be replaced. My health is important to her and she is so easy to talk to! Her assistants were equally as friendly and checked on me throughout my appointment. The office manager reviewed everything thoroughly and made sure I was set up with next appointments to get me back on track to a healthy smile. Come see them, they are FANTASTIC!

Professional and caring.

Raise the price of your services, but don't cheapen the whole experience by pushing the surcharges on customers. At least notify me of the change prior to me showing up. Don't tell me, "Oh, btw, there's a surcharge now in effect 5 days ago." I made an appointment a month ago, how would I know that? Now, I'm responsible for a surcharge on a 2.5k bill? Wth. Why not tell me so I can bring cash instead of being hit with 5% of 2.5k on a credit card transaction? This is a corporate thing, not the staff itself. The staff is great.

Hygienist is fabulous!! She’s got a soft touch and is very patient, kind, and through. The doctor …. OMGOODNESS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. She reviewed my X-rays with me and talked to me about different methods to correct a couple issues. Extremely knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and fast! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HYGIENIST AND DOCTOR AT THE ROWLETT MONARCH.

I have been coming here for quite sometime and the staff is always nice, helpful and professional. I hate going to the dentist but the staff always makes it comfortable. Thanks to all the staff for always providing great service and especially Dr Aitelcadi and office manager Norma.

I have been a patron of Rowlett Monarch Dental for over a decade, have seen dentists come and go. None were as memorable as Dr. Aitelcadi! Extremely thorough and informative, Dr. A made sure to walk me through my diagnosis with evidence and patience. First time a dentist has taken the time to explain what they're doing, and it made a whole of a difference. The whole team is service-oriented and friendly: shout-out to Norma for an outstanding job as office manager, so flexible and remembering patient details, and to Keisha (I believe her name was) for making patients feel comfortable. I'm telling all my friends to come see Dr. A!

The Dentist & staff actually listened and helped me be able to have a temporary fix for my front teeth now to hold me till I get my finances figured out for all the work I really need. No other Dentist could help me.... things that make you say hum...

Hygienist Krish is fabulous!! He talked through the use of the new laser procedure explaining what will happen, in a very caring manner. He was patient, kind, and through. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYGIENIST KRISH AT THE ROWLETT MONARCH.

I've been going to Monarch Dental in Rowlett for a number of years now. I recently had the first of my annual dental check up done. I continue to be very satisfied with the services rendered; check-in and check-out processes, X-rays, cleaning and examination by the dentist. The staff is caring and very professional. I recently changed dental insurance and I'm happy they honor my new provider. I would not like to go anywhere else. Thank You, Rowlett Monarch Dental for helping me with my dental health.
