My experience was great with the Dr., she was very gentle. I was afraid, so the Dr. was very patient with me, she explained everything whenever she touch me she explained everything, I would definitely recommend that you get your work done there.

The front desk who's in charge of scheduling needs training. First day of my appointmentwas canceled because of equipment problem . This person told me that he would call me if the equipment was repaired . He never called but when I call back he reschedule me for the next month . It wasn't my fought why do I have to wait one whole month . This guy needs more training and needs to work on his people skills . His tone and demeanor.attitude and manner needs improvement when it comes to talking with the customers. DR. BROWN and everyone in the bach was excellent . But dealing with the front desk is terrible
