Service was fine but Monarch now charges an extra fee for using a credit card. It’s extremely customer unfriendly. Cards are more convenient for you and for me.

Dr Gordon was very professional in explaining the procedure he was about to do, he did a great job on my root canal, the staff was very friendly as well. I would recommend the monarch dental of plano branch to any one who needs dental work.

I cannot recommend Dr. Gordon and the entire team at Monarch Dental highly enough. I have always been extremely anxious about dental visits, but from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. Amy at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. Her warm personality immediately helped ease my nerves. Dr. Gordon was absolutely wonderful. Throughout the procedure, he kept me engaged in conversation, explained things clearly, and did an amazing job distracting me from my anxiety. His calm demeanor, sense of humor, and genuine care made what is usually a very stressful experience feel surprisingly comfortable and easy. This was honestly the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. The hospitality, professionalism, and compassion shown by everyone in the clinic exceeded my expectations.

Been going for years to Dr. Patel! She is awesome along with the other staff! We drive over an hour and a half away.

I’ve been a patient at Monarch Dental on Preston Road in Plano for over 20 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this office. Both of my kids had their braces done here with the orthodontist, and their smiles turned out beautiful. Now Dr. Brinda Patel is taking care of me, and she is absolutely wonderful. She recently replaced my crowns and did an amazing job — everything feels comfortable, looks natural, and the whole process was smooth and professional. She explains everything clearly and really cares about her patients. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and organized. It feels good to be treated by a team you trust for so many years. I highly recommend Monarch Dental in Plano to anyone looking for excellent dental and orthodontic care!

The front office was very friendly. The tech was not very talkative and the doctor came in checked me, then made an assessment and fixed the issue an I was out in 30 minutes.

This dental office is so much better than their Little Elm location. It's like night and day, it's like dark and light, meaning that it's even a wonder that they're associated. Very clean and professional.

They're very good in explaining the procedure and how it works. I've been to other places now I won't have to look any further.
