Excellence every visit!

Great dentists and courteous staff. I often feel dentists will sell services or treatment plans I don't want and can't afford. I found this absent with Monarch.

The are okay! Not as friendly as they once were. For my last two visits, my gums hurt for two weeks after and they are doing nothing different than they have before. The last two time I had someone new do my cleaning.

Great experience overall. Dr Gordon identified my problem and provided a sound diagnosis and solution. Everyone in the office was outstanding. I would recommend this practice.

Front office worked well with insurance (better than prior dentist). Hygienist was very thorough. I felt they have a one size fits all care script they push you to follow but they were friendly with my request to defer or eliminate chargeable items from my personal plan.

Dr. Gordon and his staff were fantastic. Most pleasant root canal experience I have ever had (and I have had a few).

This is the first time ever that I didn’t feel anything at all,I mean nothing, nada, zero, when Dr. Gordon poked my gum to numb it. I cannot recommend him enough. Me and my family’s root canal doctor for the rest of our life, for sure.

Service was fine but Monarch now charges an extra fee for using a credit card. It’s extremely customer unfriendly. Cards are more convenient for you and for me.

Dr Gordon was very professional in explaining the procedure he was about to do, he did a great job on my root canal, the staff was very friendly as well. I would recommend the monarch dental of plano branch to any one who needs dental work.

I cannot recommend Dr. Gordon and the entire team at Monarch Dental highly enough. I have always been extremely anxious about dental visits, but from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. Amy at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. Her warm personality immediately helped ease my nerves. Dr. Gordon was absolutely wonderful. Throughout the procedure, he kept me engaged in conversation, explained things clearly, and did an amazing job distracting me from my anxiety. His calm demeanor, sense of humor, and genuine care made what is usually a very stressful experience feel surprisingly comfortable and easy. This was honestly the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. The hospitality, professionalism, and compassion shown by everyone in the clinic exceeded my expectations.

I was really nervous going in to get my wisdom teeth removed, and I will say everything went and exceeded my expectations. I believe one of the ladies name was Ashley. Sorry I don't remember everyone else's name. But I was pleased with everybody's help and the outcome 5stars. Thank you, everybody that helped with my procedure a little sore as expected. Been going for years to Dr. Patel! She is awesome along with the other staff! We drive over an hour and a half away.
