Today I met Dr Gordon and his staff..I don’t like going to dentist but they were all very nice and caring.. starting from phone calls to the front desk to the dental assistant and of course Dr Gordon… I would recommend this office highly…I had a root canal worked on and he was very informative even about other procedures I want to have done that were not for him to work on.. very calming atmosphere.. thank you Dr Gordon and staff
Great first experience. I worked with Dr. Patel and a couple of hygienists. They were thorough and prompt. They recommend a deeper cleaning which made me nervous after reading the other reviews about overcharging but I was able to look at an itemized bill and select what I did and didn’t want and also confirmed with a friend that they agreed with the assessment. Looking forward to returning for future work!
I normally go to the location closest to my home, but I went to this office for a root canal. Let me tell y'all that Dr. Gordon is the best! My anxiety was getting the best of me when I got to the office and went to the back. Dr. Gordon and his assistant (sorry I can't remember her name) were so helpful. They made me comfortable and explained the process before they began. I've always heard horror stories about root canals, but this was by far the exact opposite of what I've always heard. The only pain I've had was the pain before the procedure. It's been 4 days and I'm pain free!! If you ever need a root canal go see Dr. Gordon at Monarch Dental Plano. You will not be disappointed and will be well taken care of.

This is Adriana rust , I had a tooth that needs a root canal and can’t get approved for care credit but dr Patel and her staff made sure to get me accepted for in house finance and now I can save my tooth and my appointment is next Thursday. This office and staff are kind, respectful and very caring of their patients needs. I should have came here long ago. Thank you dr Patel and your staff your are Amazing
Great first time experience! Staff was kind and had great humor. Overall helped my dental anxiety go down some. Hoping to be able to finance though as I need alot of work and the issue I went in for was a bit pricey.
Comprehensive service at a reasonable price. Friendly people. Takes my insurance, which is a Medicare Advantage plan. pays part of it. Right now all I need is cleanings, but they did comprehensive mouth x-rays and an evaluation at my first appointment, and there is a periodic recheck to make sure everything‘s OK. 2/17/2023 update: just got a tooth extraction and implant from Dr. Loiseau yesterday. Everything seems to have gone great. Already not feeling any pain, less than 24 hours later. The service, including postop counseling and prescriptions, seems very comprehensive.

I was referred to this office from a Dallas Monarch location for my root canal and I was so nervous. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist but Dr.Gordon and Angela made the process so stress free and painless! They explained everything to me to make sure I understood what was happening and checked in with me to make sure I was ok throughout. Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. I would make the drive out to Plano just for their care.

Dr. Gordon has done all of my root canals and he is extremely good. The quality of his work is excellent and he is diligent in making sure there is no pain. Dr. Patel is my general dentist and she is excellent as well. The quality of her work is excellent and I’ve had no issues.

Absolutely love this dental group! The root canal was quick & painless! Getting the crown was super easy! It was even easier getting it put on! They didn’t even numb me I was in & out in like 10 minutes & it feels great! Love this office!
