I personally had a great experience with Monarch Dental. I suggested that my wife use them for her needs. Unfortunately when she did so the office billed the insurance company incorrectly and the insurance company declined to pay the invoice until it was corrected. We have spent numerous hours on the phone with the billing office and the insurance company over the last 2 years trying to fix the issue. The billing office suggested we pay the invoice and seek reimbursement from the insurance. If they cannot fix their clerical errors to get them selves paid, I know they wont fix it so we can get reimbursement. Now they have sent the invoice to a collections agency. Please find somone else for your dental needs. After several phone calls with both the local office and the debt collector, i belive we have cleared the issue. Thank you Linda for your help

Cleaning my teeth here is very fast and friendly.

Dr was very courteous and professional. Hygienist was gentle and thorough.

Dr. Tolar and his staff are the best. Other than being very professional and can answer anything you ask, they treat you with the most care and kindness. My grandson loves everyone there and we would highly recommend Dr. Tolar and his staff.

Very happy with the service I was given by the staff. They worked with me to get my paperwork and insurance correct so I wouldn’t be overcharged. I now have a realistic and affordable plan to get my smile back on track! And with them having appointments on Saturdays it was easy to find time to make it in.

Ended up with an acute toothache and called several dental offices before calling Monarch. Monarch was the only office that actually answered. Monarch Dental is an awesome place to go, from the dentist to the hygienist to the office employees they all went out of their way to help out. They even offer a dental plan that really does save you money, I know I saved quite a bit. The dentist didn't just say let's pull the tooth out, he is going to save the tooth, I sure am thankful that I went there. I need to add that this office is on West County Rd. in Odessa TX

Extremely nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions, they didn't push unnecessary treatments just to make a dollar. I would highly recommend Monarch Dental in Odessa to anyone who needs dental care.
