Met with Dr. Abbas on 4/17. Very kind, pleasant tone, very knowledgeable, thorough,and all around good chairside manners. His gentleness was a welcome addition to the not so good experience I had in the military. Also, Tasha had positive energy, was very uplifting, a fantastic listener, genuine, knowledgeable and very skilled at what she does. Can't say enough.The same qualities apply to Lexie, and all the Hilltop staff I had the pleasure of interacting with before and during my actual visit.

Quick and painless

First time visiting. At once ,the front desk attendant was so courteous! I was taken back within 7-8 minutes and x rayed by a dental assistant who was also very pleasant. Soon after the Dentist himself arrived, spoke only about what my appointment was pertaining ( which I prefer) and discussed a very reasonable course of action for that tooth section. He was very amicable and also pleasant with light conversation. Nobody loves going to the dentist;However, when everyone you encounter at the practice is jovial and not “pushy” on additional services, it makes for a pleasurable experience. I’m brutally honest but ,so far, can’t find a single thing to complain about. Mind you , I was in no mood to go initially. FIVE ⭐️ ‘s for sure!!!

I had no wait time, took me back immediately for xrays, then on to the dental chair, where the dentist came in immediately to look at my x-rays and set a plan in motion

All of the staff were very hospitable. I was apprehensive about getting my molar pulled, but the dentist was able to put me at ease with the assurance that he would handle me with care and that is what he did.

They were super responsive and all the staff was really friendly. I felt like my needs were heard and that I got a good experience even though I wish my mouth was in better shape they assured me we would get there and I feel well taken care of in their hands.

My visit went amazing! The dental assistant that helped on my cleaning was really nice! She is the first dental assistant that was nice to me. I did not get her name but she was working on 10/04! I hope I get her for my next appointment!!

My daughter is simply petrified when going to the dentist. At monarch she is treated with loving kindness and leaves for the first time ever with a smile!

Monarch Dental and Orthodontics at 6455 Hilltop Drive Suite 114 North Richland Hills Texas 76180 is an amazing place to go if you need dental work done . This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with Solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and dentist did a great job ,I felt that I was in good hands. All the people were kind and gentle to me they made me feel very welcomed. Everyone did a great job explaining everything to me , I highly recommend Monarch Dental and Orthodontics.

It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist but Dr. Rushin and the rest of the staff here were so friendly and extremely efficient. They all made it a great experience and it did not feel chaotic or stressful at all. Scheduling at the desk for follow up appointments and an orthodontist consult was so easy. Everything was explained to me and we came up with a plan that worked for my schedule. Great dental office!

Staff were very friendly and very professional

Was able to get a same day appointment for a chipped tooth. I did have to wait for an hour in the front waiting room. Was called back to room after an hour and was given X-rays right away. Doctor came in and provided me with great information. He was very honest and told me that my tooth was chipped but it didn’t need to be repaired. He gave me a treatment plan. He could have just repaired the tooth and charged me a large amount for it but he was very open and honest. He also looked at my gums and said I would only need a normal preventative cleaning. I have been using another well known place on Rufe snow and all this time the other company has been making me do a deep cleaning when I never should have to have it done. I will be continuing my services with monarch on Rufe snow and hill top drive. Kudos to the honest dentist at this location.

I was a little leary at first because I was having the hardest time finding a dentist that would accept my horrible insurance plan. I was most pleasantly surprised! The dentist was so personable and interested in me, my life experiences etc. I didn't get any kind of up- sales pressure, just his very professional opinion of things for me to think about in regards to my dental care. I'm going back!

I was absolutely terrified of going to a dentist - any dentist and it has been far too long since I have gone to one. I went to them because I had a tooth that was hurting - badly. They were friendly from the start, the front desk ladies were very kind, ensuring that I understood. The woman that took my x-ray was so very gentle, and worked at my pace as even for that I was scared. Not to mention she got someone to help me with my service dog, since I did not have someone to hold her. Once I got to the actual meeting with the doctor, he was so gentle. He went at a slow pace, and is still going at my pace. I had a tooth removed, and even during that he ensured I was ok through the entire procedure. I highly recommend this place - even if you are scared and have bad teeth they will not judge you, they will want to help you.
