I found the Monarch Dental office on Hilltop Dr. to be a wonderful place to have your dental work done. The facility and the people were A-1 butter. And who knows, maybe one day in the near future I can actually have some dental work done

This place is great. The staff are friendly and professional. They don't push for treatments you don't need. They listen to your needs and build a treatment plan around your needs. They also offer multiple financing options for the treatments. At the time of posting, they offered both 3rd party credit and in-house financing plans. Call ahead if this is what you want and they'll tell you what you need to bring in as far as documents go.
No complaints regarding the level of care. Just very disappointed that Dr Abbas was no longer that this location and no one was willing to inform us of where he had located to. The level of trust is earned and not gained in a single appointment.

It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist but Dr. Rushin and the rest of the staff here were so friendly and extremely efficient. They all made it a great experience and it did not feel chaotic or stressful at all. Scheduling at the desk for follow up appointments and an orthodontist consult was so easy. Everything was explained to me and we came up with a plan that worked for my schedule. Great dental office!
Monarch Dental and Orthodontics at 6455 Hilltop Drive Suite 114 North Richland Hills Texas 76180 is an amazing place to go if you need dental work done . This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with Solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and dentist did a great job ,I felt that I was in good hands. All the people were kind and gentle to me they made me feel very welcomed. Everyone did a great job explaining everything to me , I highly recommend Monarch Dental and Orthodontics.

My visit went amazing! The dental assistant that helped on my cleaning was really nice! She is the first dental assistant that was nice to me. I did not get her name but she was working on 10/04! I hope I get her for my next appointment!!
They were super responsive and all the staff was really friendly. I felt like my needs were heard and that I got a good experience even though I wish my mouth was in better shape they assured me we would get there and I feel well taken care of in their hands.
