Piper is my 4th child in braces and this process has never been this easy. Absolutely love monarch dental!

Since they’ve gotten a new orthodontist, it seems like Monarch in NLR is improving. My son has literally had braces now since 2018. We expressed our disappointment during our last visit and they assured us that with the new orthodontist, they’d get the issue resolved. I’ll leave another review after.

Fantastic service, my dental hygienist Mrs. Tracy is phenomenal!! Go check her and Doc Smith out you won't be disappointed!!

Friendly and quick

Honestly, if I knew what I know now, I would have picked a different practice for my daughter’s orthodontic treatment. There have been 2 instances that I have called and they were too busy to answer the phone and have left a message as requested only to never receive a call back. Once we waited for over an hour just to be taken back to have her braces checked. Another time we checked in but the receptionist didn’t check us in so we had another long wait due to that. I also think its weird how ortho travels from office to office so sometimes I can’t get bands because they aren’t in our Conway location and have to wait for Ortho to be there, or if there is a broken bracket we either have to wait until Ortho is in Conway or drive all the way to LR to have it fixed.

Had some work done here on a very painful tooth that needed out. The entire staff was pleasant, answered any question I had, and were even reassuring. Dr Johnston was quick, professional, and did a great job. Special thanks to Debbie Harrington for setting everything up for me on incredibly short notice and for being incredibly kind and helpful! Would reccomend!

Everyone is so nice and eager to help you with what you need. They are very accommodating with their appointment for my crazy schedule! These folks are the best!

A great place to have dental work done and everyone at the clinic goes above and beyond to make sure everything is okay. I could not say enough about the doctor or any of the people that work there.

Dr. Bauer does the best job! He is so friendly and super helpful with all the questions I had. My whole family comes here to see him and I'm also an ortho patient as well! If your looking for a dentist office that makes you feel comfortable, this is the place to be!

Been going here for 6 years, and its been my best experience at any dental office. The whole team is helpful, professional, and friendly. I am especially grateful to Dr. Tracey Maes, Whose expertise and compassionate care made a significant difference in my treatment. You can tell she is not just doing her job, but genuinely cares for her patients. I cant put into words how grateful i am for her to be my dentist. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for dental care, and especially Dr Maes of course :)

The staff are professional while still having a personality, no issues there. Appointments are easy to schedule and the wait times are low.

Tracy has done a phenomenal job so far with the care provided and especially communication.

Dr. Bauer answered all questions asked and made it clear what the problems I need to address are.
