Haven’t been to dentist in a while. Was able to get appointment quickly. After review of X-rays found out I needed a crown. They were able to work me in and got temporary crown. Feels great just like a real tooth. Very pleased. Also was able to work me in for cleaning. All done in one visit.

I recently moved from another state and this is my first visit to this dental clinic. Making an appointment was effortless, and the receptionist was very friendly. During my appointment today, both the x-ray technician and the doctor provided clear explanations. The facility is clean and hygienic, and there is plenty of parking available.

After over a half hour in the waiting room PAST my appointment time and please note if you show up a half hour late they will turn you away...guess what MY time is just as valuable as theirs. Monarchs national advertising still promotes dentures in a day...not only is that not true, it takes two and a half months...nine weeks +-. The reason for this can only be interpreted as greed. Instead of using a local lab which would be remarkably faster and more community friendly they mail everything to a lab in Texas. Crazy! The dentist had about as much personality as a dirty sock and was very clear that "nobody cares". What was really good and the only reason I didn't leave a one star review was the office manager Mckinzie who did care, very much. And Cheyenne who had the best bedside manner, compassion and patient care attitude I have seen in a very long time. These two are much to talented for this place and deserve much better.
