The staff was awesome and the dentist herself was amazing! Highly recommended.

The front desk lady was very nice and kind. The tech was very nice and kind and very talkative. The dentist was very easy to talk with and she listened to what I had to say. The Office maniger was super sweet. She set up my appt. with an oral surgen and gave great instructions, and gave me a form with all the info for my new appt.

Hooray! Dr Fuchs is back! We’d planned to use a different company because the last dentist was soooo bad. She wanted me to have dental surgery, but the surgeon said it only needed a filling. Dr “B” refused to do it. So we’d decided to go to a much more expensive plan. Happily, there was an insurance mixup and the kept us with Monarch. I went in today and was delighted to discover that Dr Fuchs is back, at least temporarily. She’s competent, caring, and taking care of all my dental concerns. I can’t recommend her highly enough. The new hygienist, Desiree, is great. She’s quick and thorough. I highly recommend her. And Rebecca at the front desk is, as always, awesome. I’m very happy and will stay with Monarch as Long as we have Dr Fuchs. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep her there permanently!

The dentist took time to explain reasons and procedures and then the staff took time to position my 97 years old (wheelchair) mom in each of the rooms I needed to be in.

I actually really liked the doctor. She was really kind. Also, the people that work there were very kind and it makes you feel comfortable and that’s important. Some of us have some dental anxiety, and that helps to ease that. It’s also a really beautiful office and very clean

I Highly recommend Monarch!! My son and I both had great visits with Dr. B. She and all her staff were very warm and friendly, compassionate and professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything in great detail expressing great care in our treatment plans. I find them to be VERY affordable in comparison to previous dentists we have been to. Overall we are very pleased with our treatment and care at Monarch. They will continue to be our top choice for dental care in the future!!

I have been going to Monarch for a little over a year now and I’ve always been pretty happy with my care. They don’t try to upsell you on anything, and take good care of you and keep you comfortable. Recently I had Devin as my hygienist and she was very sweet, thorough, and fun to chat with. This is the only dentist in town that my insurance covers, I’m glad that it’s a good one!

This dentist displays the highest level of concern for her patients satisfaction and comfort. She is the first dentist I’ve encountered who caused no pain during treatment- even the numbing shots didn’t hurt!! I’m over 70 and will not go anywhere else for treatment!! Thanks, doc!

Monarch Dental takes care of my whole family’s dental care. So far Dr. Burceag has been great for me, my wife, and our kids. When you’ve had bad experiences with other dentists, there can be some anxiety. Dr. Burceag was very reassuring and gave us the care we needed. My hygienist, Devin (not sure about her name’s spelling) is so welcoming and easy to talk to, and I have to say she may have given me the best cleaning of my life! I produce calculus pretty prolifically, but Devin was able to get all calculus and stains off my teeth, all without making my gums bleed. I’m impressed and will gladly continue with her as long as she’s available.

Love the office staff and Dr Burceag!!! Had crowns and cleaning and looks and feels amazing!
