Very thoughtful and professional. Great initial visit cost and dental plan offered. I chose Monarch for an upcoming surgical necessity due to the VA not caring for this veteran. Plus, the office music was really good.

Just went to Monarch for my first visit as a new patient and was thoroughly impressed. Short wait time, kind and attentive staff, clean facility, and Dr. Donna was very nice and knowledgeable. Didn’t feel like I was being upsold like some clinics constantly do. I look forward to continuing my care here!

I appreciated the openness about what I really needed versus what was a “nice to have”. The pricing was very good and they work with all pop’s. I have struggled finding a dentist since moving to Texas. Now I have found a new home for my dental needs

Been with Monarch Dental for 15 years. Recently transferred from Stone Oak office to new location (additional office) in New Braunfels…closer, more convenient access. Bottom line—different dental professionals; same great service and value.

I had to switch dentists due to new insurance and moving to the area, and this was the closest office in network with my plan. Though I waited an hour for my appointment, all of the staff were very accommodating and understanding of my time crunch. The hygienist (Michelle, I think) was very knowledgeable and nice, with great bedside manner. Dr. Donna Fuchs was so pleasant and sweet, she did not pressure me at all but gave recommendations to think about and complemented my teeth and gum health. Both were gentle, kind, and very personable. I am glad I found this office! Thank y’all 😊

I am very happy to go on monarch dental at New Braunfels. They are very nice and respected people, than the one in shertz. Please don't go to monarch dental in shertz, the front office people are not very professional.

The actual experience, 5/4/23, I had at Monarch Dental was very good, but after I left I noticed something wrong with my partial plate, after I put it in my mouth. I was in a hurry so I didn't get a chance to check it out (which is my fault). When I went to put my top plate and my partial in its overnight bowl, I found that my partial was broken. It was too late to contact the office since it was after they had closed so I called them on 5/5/23 to let them know that they had broken my partial and they stated that since I had left the building that it was no longer anything that they could do for me. But if I wanted to bring it to their office they could probably fix it for me, but I would have to pay for it. That is totally wrong!!!! I shouldn't have to pay for something that they were at fault!!! I really can't fathom why the girl, Michelle, didn't let me know that it was broken when she brought it back to me. She should have owned up to it and not let me leave with a broken partial plate!!!!!! I advise anyone that has dentures and they go this dental office (Modern Dental, State HWY 46 in New Braunfels, TX) to have anything done, to be very aware of your plates when they are returned back to you!!!!! Best experience I've had at a dentist.

Right off the bat, it's corporate dentistry. I was ready to not like this place but it was highly recommended by my insurance, so I thought, "What the heck?". I have never been more impressed. they took their time explaining things. No hard sales pitch, just basic facts and written estimates for the proposed work in plain english. highly recommend this team and look forward to the resoration laid out in their care plan for me.

Lots of staff turnover. Everyone is courteous and professional.
