The Dr and staff are working wonders on my son’s teeth They are very friendly and professional. I would not go anywhere else

I’ve had three different hygienists and each of them have been excellent. My last appointment had to be rescheduled on their end, I was very appreciative was able to reschedule for the next day. Also, there referral and coordination process with an oral surgeon was effortless for me, and they were able to get something on the books quickly: huge thanks to Anika, their stellar Office Manager. Highly recommend.

Anika at Monarch Murphy is the Wonderful!! She was so patience in assie with my boys dental care and wellbeing. Her professionalism speak volumes. Please go see her she will go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of. S Leonard

Monarch in Murphy Texas is the best . They all have great customer service and care about you and your smile . It’s the only location I go too !! The doctors are the best too !

Had some dental work done today at Murphy Monarch, and the care and environment was great. The technician and doctor made the entire visit pleasant.

7/2/2026 Update: Went in for a cleaning. My 2nd time with Hygienist Yuveena. She’s great. Very fast and thorough, and professional. Love the staff at this location. AAA+ Love this office! Dr. Kona is great, very professional! The office staff is the best! Insurance co-pays were a bit higher than I expected. Overall a Great experience! Thanks! 4/11/25 Update. I have had 2 cleanings in the last year. No complaints! Cleanings have been done efficiently. I have noticed a turnover of employees over the year, seeing new faces every time. I haven’t seen Dr. Kona in over a year, what have you done with her???

I’ve been coming to this location for 2.5 years & it scared me so bad that I needed extractions. The 1st day I met Dr. Noura Khushafa. She explained the surgery exactly how it happened. I went in listening to a deep meditation, waiting on her to start & didn’t realize she had 4-5 teeth out. It was a BLESSING in so many ways, For me to get everything paid for with her there. She listens if you say you feel pain VS pressure, She’s gentle & She doesn’t rush through it. -I feel so blessed that I got her for this procedure… she is definitely in the right medical field. If you can get in with her she’s worth a 15-30 day wait or even a drive from Dallas. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing people at this location. From Arlene & Anika at the front desk, to Dominic in X-ray. Everyone you encounter here is there for you and makes you feel comfortable and very well taken care of. The new dentist, Dr Khushafa was very nice, did my exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment and cancer exam. This review is specific to the orthodontic care. I'll start by saying the staff is always nice and helpful. Unfortunately, being that it's a traveling team, it is difficult getting in for last minute issues. I was told the last appointment would be 4pm but now the latest time offered is 2:30 for routine appointments. That means I have to leave work early and take my child out of school early. This is a big inconvenience and what makes it more frustrating is the appointments never go on time. You can expect to wait about 30 minutes. To fix a bracket, we were there for over 70 minutes. I chose Monarch because I have always had a great experience with the dental team. Again, the staff and orthodontist have been very kind and knowledgeable. There are just major inconveniences that have popped up with using a traveling team that I did not expect.

My daughter’s visit was fine. But I was just wondering about the music in the background. Why does a dental office need music from radio stations ? It might be entertaining for the staff but may not be entertaining for the patients. We are just coming for treatment not for entertainment. My suggestion is to switch off the music during working hours or when you have patients so that staff can concentrate on their jobs and not lose their jobs. I am unemployed myself, I know the pain of unemployment. Thank you for asking the feedback.

I had an emergency with a cracked tooth reached out to Monarch at 8 o’clock AM on a Tuesday Had an appointment by 11:00. They took x-rays and came up with a plan in no time, great service.
