Everyone was very friendly, I appreciate how my treatment plan was explained to me, my doctor went over her findings with recommendations and Shonda was a fantastic dental assistant.

Dentist is a amazing and patient with me as deaf patient. Her explain was clear about the issue of a tooth and crown.

My first impression they were running late about 30 minutes. My last surgery with a dental surgeon I was brought in on time it was out lickety-split, but this is Midland so you have to take that into your account and my last surgery was in Houston. The surgeon seemed nice, he is young. He left the stitches too long, they are hanging down in my mouth. I felt that could’ve been done better. DeeDee is phenomenal at her job and I leave her a 10 out of 5.The blonde lady that did my IV was rough and her bedside manner could be better! 2 out of 5. The dark haired woman that led me out after surgery could not have been sweeter and was amazing, rate her 10 out of 5. All in all it wasn’t too bad I had four teeth removed and I’m still recovering! Deedee and the dark haired lady need a raise! Whatever you’re paying them it isn’t enough. They are your A-Team.

I had mixed feelings about my visit. After my inspection appointment I was told that my insurance would not be covered after this year, information that I think they could have told me when I asked them if I was covered. When I had my cleaning with “root planing and scaling” a procedure I had never had before and paid for before it started, I received what felt like a normal cleaning in 40 minutes (from what I have read about the procedure online I was lead to think that procedure could taken well over an hour to three, and that may use anesthetic). When I asked the front desk, they said I had had the right procedure. I’m concerned that the person cleaning my teeth did not read my chart because they asked to measure my gums (which has been done in the prior week). The other parts of my appointments were fine but I would have appreciated better communication and more clarity on the procedures I paid for.

Hey ALL!!!! You know how when you lose a Dr, like they retire or move or whatever...so that's so me. I pray, for reals, for God to get me too the Dr I need. A Dr I can tell anything to. Any Dr. A GI, a PCP, a clinic to go to, just in case, a Dentist!! So, I've found mine, after many years of NOT taking proper care of my teeth & gums! Now, here I am, all this time & age. Putting one foot in front of the other. Again! Thank you Monarch Dental, Dr. Kimberly Zheng, & a Ginormas Shout out to Wanda!!! My trip to the dentist was a huge highlight of my day!!!! Thank you God! For it is Your Timing, as you Guide & Provide fir Me, & the Family You gave us!!!! Amen!!!!

In and out in less than an hour to have an upper wisdom tooth pulled that had been giving me Hell... Super nice people and very good at what they do! I've had bad experiences in the past and I'm sooo relieved to find this place when I needed help.

Went to the Midland Clinic for visit with oral surgeon, staff was very welcoming & helpful. Surgeon was very polite & helpful! He removed one tooth which was really giving me trouble & scheduled my surgery for next month. I’m looking forward to getting this surgery done & out of the way, been a long time coming!! Complete teeth removal & dentures are what I’m doing!!

They are Great people, have excellent service, and are a great place. In my experience, they do everything possible to help you out. I've had them as my dentists of choice for a while now; this week, they went out of their way to ensure my emergency procedure happened with no problems.
