Great front desk staff very professional and friendly. I went in today and was out in 30 minutes. Shamyra really took care of me, she was gentle with my cleaning, walk me through what she was doing, and educated me on how to improve my teeth cleaning routine at home.

I went into the Mesquite branch a few years back, in a very disheveled state. The staff are all wonderful, from the front desk to everyone in the back! They took care of my needs annd also educated me on how to improve my dental health. They continued to answer my many questions over and over again. I’ve had consistent improvement since going in for the first time and I’m happy to say my mouth, teeth, gums are in great shape again! Thank you, Monarch!

Mel is a wonderful Office Manager who knows the importance of building a business and a great community for people. The entire ambiance is personable and professional. Dr. O’Brien and Dr. Athar are experts of their craft and it shows in their practice. From the Front office staff to the Dental Assistants and Hygienist…each one of them know how to create a warm, comfortable experience catered to each patient. I interacted with Dr. O’Brien and feel reassured when doing so. She demonstrates a concern for her patients. Person who cleaned teeth did good job. Lady who took Xrays is always friendly and pleasant.

Billing issue was handled immediately. I also came in and was seen same day to have implant tightened. A part needed to be ordered which was received and that work was started as well. Overall, great staff, professional and minimal wait.

This is how to dentist. Dr. Obrien is knowledgeable and experienced but remembers these are humans in these chairs. Her staff are also understanding and really seem to know their stuff. They're patient (no pun) with my silly jokes that help me relax and answer my questions politely. The billing folks have never made me feel ashamed to say I need to see if I can pay for offered services I need and help look for ways to make it possible. I was a little scared this would be a factory dentist operation like some I researched. Hop on the assembly line and no personalization. But, here they treat me like a person who matters. I have 2 cats so it's nice to be noticed for a change. 🐈⬛🐈

Monarch Dental is very professional and provided excellent service. I came in for a cleaning and decided to get Invisalign to fix my smile. Every person I talked to was friendly and the Dentist and Orthodontist were very helpful.
