After reading many reviews I was a bit apprehensive about using this office, however, I noticed one common thread and that is everyone seemed to be pleased with Dr. O’Brien. I can say that the receptionist was very friendly and Melanie was a delight. Dr. O’Brien was very conscientious, professional and extremely helpful in putting me at ease. She was also great at communicating to me about my situation and repeatedly asked me if I was comfortable during my procedure. I have nothing but gratitude towards Dr O’Brien for helping me get through this.

The ladies in the office and the ortho dental hygienist are great as well as the new orthodontist she is wonderful. They need a new office manager FOR SURE!! Not friendly at all and billing is ALWAYS wrong. They say they quote you a price when they never did! If I had not gotten started there I would leave asap. DO NOT ISE THEM ESPECIALLY THE TOWN EASY LOCATION!

First time experience with monarch. Arrived five minutes early to appointment and had filled out all the paper work online prior to arriving. One customer at the desk ahead of us and no one else in the lobby. It took nearly ten minutes to be acknowledged and told “you can just sign in over at the clip board.” No one seemed in a hurry and the entire cleaning and check up was a two hour experience. They don’t seem to value their customers time.

A great place to get dental service. The staff is wonderful. My dental hygienist Shamyra is the best. I love how she takes her time to clean my teeth. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a dentist office.
Ms. Shamara is a phenomenal Hygienist! She ALWAYS, does a thorough job cleaning my teeth! She is very skillful/knowledgeable at what she does. She is professional, courteous, and polite. She ensures that everything is sanitized, and clean. She is not touching on everything, and puts on a fresh pair of gloves, when she ready to work in my mouth. I have heard the same sentiments expressed by other patients regarding Shamara! Kudos to Shamara!

Everyone there was as polite, respectful, and enjoying their jobs. The establishment was clean. They helped me when no one else would touch me. Gently as they could be while working on you. I drove 1 and 1/2 hours to get my dental work done . Thank you alll.

I had to get a tooth extracted, and I am delighted with the service provided at this location. From the moment I walked into the front lobby, everyone was attentive and understanding. I like to thank Dr. O’Brien, Ms. Melanie at the front desk, their hygienist Shamyra, and their Dental Assistant Bianca for explaining the procedure process and to help me decide with sound decisions regarding my dental care. Greatly appreciate all you do, and I will definitely be back in the near future.

I really like this Monarch practice. Very honest. I had been paying over $1400 for enamel treatments at my other dentist and Monarch told me it would be a waste of money as it would flake off being my front teeth. Love their transparency and honesty!
