The wait time can get pretty long, but they make up for it with their great customer service. The staff is excellent, especially when I have to bring my toddler with me to my appointments, they keep him occupied and treat him like their own.

Very professional and helpful staff. I had really bad tooth pain and Dr. Ghedi Mohamed did a wonderful job treating the cavity. I didn’t experience any pain during the cavity fillings and he asked multiple times making sure I was well anesthetized before he started working. I’m really grateful for the honesty of the staff as well. Dr. Mohamed mentioned that I had a baby cavity but actually recommended against filling it and told me conservative management would be best for me at the moment. Tracy and the dental hygienist were also both educative and taught me about periodontitis. I already had some bone loss and they taught me the steps I need to take to ensure I avoid progression of the disease while it’s still early. Wonderful staff and treatment experience. I’m very grateful to all of them.

I moved to Texas and was worried that I would need to hunt a dentist that I was comfortable with and Monarch filled the void right off!! Glad I chose them, and their team is top notch!!

This facility is great. The dentists are really nice and truly have the best in mind for you. However, the best thing about this Monarch is Melanie! She's the office manager and she is an angel sent from heaven. Her smile lights up the room, she works hard to make sure you are happy before you leave, and she will bend over backwards to help you out! She's a very special person!

Monarch Dental is very professional and provided excellent service. I came in for a cleaning and decided to get Invisalign to fix my smile. Every person I talked to was friendly and the Dentist and Orthodontist were very helpful.

Dr. Patel and Shamyra (hygienist) are amazing. It was the best cleaning I've had in years!!! They treat me like family and listen to concerns. It was a wonderful experience from the front desk as I walked through the door, to the assistants and checking out at the end. Thank you team for a job well done. Can't wait to see you in 2022!!

The Office Manager Melanie, at Monarch Mesquite is so friendly and helpful. I really like my dentist Rachael O'Brien and my hygienist Sharmyra. I don't enjoy going to the dentist but they make it easier.

A great place to get dental service. The staff is wonderful. My dental hygienist Shamyra is the best. I love how she takes her time to clean my teeth. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a dentist office.
