I honestly can't say enough positive things about the mesquite location. The kindness and compassion I was shown from the moment I went through the door was amazing. The dentist is AWESOME he answered any questions I had was thorough and took his time. I had no hope when I went there and he gave me so much hope I left smiling. I will go there always.

I really love this place. Melanie at the front desk is the sweetest, and a hard worker! Personable and professional and so helpful! Dr Gheti is a really good dentist too! He always explains what he’s doing and does a good job putting you at ease when you feel uncomfortable. I can not recommend them enough!

After reading many reviews I was a bit apprehensive about using this office, however, I noticed one common thread and that is everyone seemed to be pleased with Dr. O’Brien. I can say that the receptionist was very friendly and Melanie was a delight. Dr. O’Brien was very conscientious, professional and extremely helpful in putting me at ease. She was also great at communicating to me about my situation and repeatedly asked me if I was comfortable during my procedure. I have nothing but gratitude towards Dr O’Brien for helping me get through this.

I recently had an appointment, the staff was very friendly and courteous they address and took care of my problem. The Dr was transparent as to what needs to be address in the future and different options to choose from.

The ladies in the office and the ortho dental hygienist are great as well as the new orthodontist she is wonderful. They need a new office manager FOR SURE!! Not friendly at all and billing is ALWAYS wrong. They say they quote you a price when they never did! If I had not gotten started there I would leave asap. DO NOT ISE THEM ESPECIALLY THE TOWN EASY LOCATION!

First time experience with monarch. Arrived five minutes early to appointment and had filled out all the paper work online prior to arriving. One customer at the desk ahead of us and no one else in the lobby. It took nearly ten minutes to be acknowledged and told “you can just sign in over at the clip board.” No one seemed in a hurry and the entire cleaning and check up was a two hour experience. They don’t seem to value their customers time.

Ms. Shamara is a phenomenal Hygienist! She ALWAYS, does a thorough job cleaning my teeth! She is very skillful/knowledgeable at what she does. She is professional, courteous, and polite. She ensures that everything is sanitized, and clean. She is not touching on everything, and puts on a fresh pair of gloves, when she ready to work in my mouth. I have heard the same sentiments expressed by other patients regarding Shamara! Kudos to Shamara!

I regularly receive excellent care from my Registered Dental Assistant Shamayra Thompson over the years. My gums recently went from measuring 3's/4's to measuring between 1's, 2's, some 3's and perhaps just about 4, fours. As long as I do my part she does the rest! Thanks to Ms. Shamayra! ~D. Allison
