Nice visit to my dentist 😬 They were very patient n professional with me..

Like almost everyone else, I've never truly enjoyed myself at the dentist before. Dr. P was awesome & does all he can to prevent any pain from procedures. The dental hygienist (sorry I forgot your name! 🫣) was also truly amazing. Jasmine in the front is so sweet & helpful! The office manager, Brittany wears soooo many hats - I saw her running around like a chicken with her head cut off many'a time! Corporate needs to recognize the staff at this location & give 'em a treat for creating such a good environment 👌🏼. It's truly nice to witness such comraderie. I've found my new go-to location for all things teeef.

Made an appointment, was a tad nervous but comfortable enough. The entire visit was super sweet with patience. The front desk was knowledgeable about the process and the doctors were very friendly and helpful. Grateful!

Dr. Bhavik Pandya and staff at Monarch Dental are phenomenal. I received treatment there, and the doctor is extremely kind, does amazing work, and talks you through every step of the procedure so you feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit. The front office staff is also super nice and always available to answer questions or help clear up any discrepancies. Overall, this is an amazing dental office, and I highly recommend them.

Thus far the best! It is one of the best dentist experiences and offices I have ever been with. EVERY staff member (front to back) are beyond wholesome and experienced in their field. I will definitely recommend this office for any services you are needing; especially for those who have a fear of getting dental work done. The entire staff at Monarch is wonderful, ESPECIALLY Brittany at the front desk! The offices are clean, the employees are professional and kind, and the music is great too! I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist, but my experiences here are as good as I’ve ever had with a drill in my mouth lol

Front office staff friendly and good communication. Hygienist answered all my questions and explained in detail what was being done. She also gave future advice for me to promote better gum health based on an observation during my services today. Person who explained my treatment plan was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough !! I have been coming here for years as this is the only town I have left a positive review. Things are going good here - keep going in this direction!!

I had such a great experience at Monarch Dental! Dr. Pandya is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really makes you feel comfortable. I especially want to recognize Candace, the hygienist: she is absolutely wonderful! She is gentle, thorough, and very attentive, making the entire deep cleaning process comfortable and stress-free. She also took the time to answer my questions and gave helpful tips without making me feel rushed. The office is clean, welcoming, and the entire staff is friendly and organized. I highly recommend Dr. Pandya and Candace to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!

Monarch Dental in McKinney by 75 highway has become a 5-star dentist office since Dr Pandya joined late last year. What impressed me the most was not only his skills but also his honesty and kindness. In contrast to endodontist’s suggestions for multiple root canals, he conducted my crown jobs without any issues which have saved me a big deal. I just kept going back to him since. I am also goanna bring my 90-year-old dad to see Dr. P! Dr. P also has a very supportive assistant team in which Deborah, Mei-ling shared a lot of hands-on work. Early this year they also formed a fresh management team which you found your estimation sheet is much simpler honoring your insurance policy. All is getting better and heading to the right direction. I recommend you give this place a try in 2026 and you’ll be very happy as I am. Thanks Dr. P and his marvelous team!

Very transparent with treatment cost and will offer you only what you need. Got a check up and cleaning done by their very friendly staff. Will come back in 6 months!

From start to finish, the professionalism, care, and attention to detail were top-notch. Dr. Pandya took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. His skill and precision were evident, and the work he did turned out fantastic. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in doing things the right way. The office staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. It’s not easy to find a dentist you fully trust, but Dr. Pandya has definitely earned mine. Excellent service

Jan 2, 2026 Super service and care. I had a note into some brittle and my back tooth started hurting over 2 days. I was thinking I had crack a tooth, filling or crown. I called at 1:30, the office got me in and the dentist saw me at 3:30. Thank goodness my gums were inflame but apparently no damage to the tooth after X-rays and an exam. Meds were prescribed and today Jan 3 vast improvement. Great service and care!!!

Had an emergency appointment with Dr Pandya, and it was quick, he explained things well, and gave a variety of options for further care. Definitely would recommend

I love Monarch Dental and will recommend them to anyone in the McKinney area. I used to go to a dentist in front of Costco on University whose front office staff couldn’t get their act together multiple times and kept blaming the mistakes with appointments and incorrect information on me and they also charged me up to $400 per cleaning with same dental insurance I use at Monarch which charges me less than $100. Monarch is awesome. Avoid the dentist in front of Costco on C university.

Office staff are phenomenal to take care if your scheduling and general information you need such as costs up front. Dr P is so informative and helpful on guiding you theu your choices and decisions based on your personal needs and finances. DR P puts quality dental care first! I believe their office truly builds a family atmosphere to make you comfortable and reassured that you are making wise dental decisions.

I had three crowns on front teeth done. Dr Basit made sure they matched the surrounding teeth. She had the lab send a technician to do the matching. Dr Basit made sure the technician understood what I wanted. She assured me that I would be happy with it before they put the crowns in. She is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She had helped me with other dental problems always with A+ results!
