Very transparent, explains, and details treatments. First time with Dr. P, but a good experience.

All the staff is really hard working. They have a very amicable environment at the clinic. Doctor Pandeya is really knowledgeable and accommodating. Been going to this clinic for last 10 years and will continue to do so

Really wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. I had an issue with my insurance and they were so helpful and flexible. Every dental hygienist has been great and Dr. Pandya is wonderful! They don’t try and push a bunch of unnecessary treatments, and do a great job of educating and explaining. I’d recommend them to anyone.

They have taken such great care of me and my family! We recently switched to them after our insurance changed and we needed to find a new dentist, and I’m so glad we did. Brittany, the office manager at the front desk, was incredibly helpful in resolving some billing issues and taking care of all the administrative things I needed help with. She was so kind, patient, and helpful—even when I wasn’t exactly calm!😂 I really appreciated how willing she was to take the time to help me. Dr. Pandya was amazing. He took extra time to really figure out what was going on and explain the next steps I needed to take to address the “root” cause of my issue rather than just treating the symptoms. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything in a way that I could understand. The hygienist also did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was personable, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated the extra time and care that every member of the team took with me. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new dentist!

I had a very pleasant experience at Monarch. It started with Brittany the front office manager. She was amazing and very accommodating to my schedule. She did everything with a smile! My hygienist that did my cleaning was that gworl! My teeth felt so clean afterwards. And my dentist that did my fillings was quick, efficient, and had great bedside manner!

The staff were very professional and knowledgeable.

Everyone was so great. I had a difficult extraction, and Dr. Dean was wonderful as was her assistant.

I have been going to Monarch Dental for a while now, consistently every one is great, I had a broken crown they were quite busy but managed to do my routine cleaning and take care of my broken crown in the same day, by adjusting their schedules, they are great listeners, they were able to review info as I had brought in and saved me some money, as well as a discount due to me being able to accept another appt that same day, even adjusted my bill further after procedure being less than anticipated originally . They are very conscious of pricing especially for seniors, Britney, the office manager even researched dental insurance names available for me to contact as well as a list of questions to ask. Everyone was especially kind: professional, hygienist, dentist, dental tech, front staff, everyone in the office was great! I was so very grateful for their care and concerns, I would recommend them to anyone Pat Kotar

I've always dreaded going to the dentist—not just because of the discomfort of having dental work done, but also because of the fear of the cost. Even with dental insurance, I often felt like I was buying a car, with someone constantly trying to upsell me on treatments I wasn't sure I really needed. My experience here was completely different. The office manager, Britney, was a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or pushed into unnecessary procedures. She took the time to explain everything and reassured me that Dr. Pandya is an incredible dentist who genuinely cares about his patients. That level of honesty and compassion made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I highly recommend this office to anyone who may have anxiety about dental visits or concerns about treatment costs.

Like almost everyone else, I've never truly enjoyed myself at the dentist before. Dr. P was awesome & does all he can to prevent any pain from procedures. The dental hygienist (sorry I forgot your name! 🫣) was also truly amazing. Jasmine in the front is so sweet & helpful! The office manager, Brittany wears soooo many hats - I saw her running around like a chicken with her head cut off many'a time! Corporate needs to recognize the staff at this location & give 'em a treat for creating such a good environment 👌🏼. It's truly nice to witness such comraderie. I've found my new go-to location for all things teeef.

Made an appointment, was a tad nervous but comfortable enough. The entire visit was super sweet with patience. The front desk was knowledgeable about the process and the doctors were very friendly and helpful. Grateful!

Dr. Bhavik Pandya and staff at Monarch Dental are phenomenal. I received treatment there, and the doctor is extremely kind, does amazing work, and talks you through every step of the procedure so you feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit. The front office staff is also super nice and always available to answer questions or help clear up any discrepancies. Overall, this is an amazing dental office, and I highly recommend them.

Thus far the best! It is one of the best dentist experiences and offices I have ever been with. EVERY staff member (front to back) are beyond wholesome and experienced in their field. I will definitely recommend this office for any services you are needing; especially for those who have a fear of getting dental work done. The entire staff at Monarch is wonderful, ESPECIALLY Brittany at the front desk! The offices are clean, the employees are professional and kind, and the music is great too! I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist, but my experiences here are as good as I’ve ever had with a drill in my mouth lol

Front office staff friendly and good communication. Hygienist answered all my questions and explained in detail what was being done. She also gave future advice for me to promote better gum health based on an observation during my services today. Person who explained my treatment plan was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough !! I have been coming here for years as this is the only town I have left a positive review. Things are going good here - keep going in this direction!!
