5-star review on customer service from beginning of X-rays to the end with Amy, in the front office Cynthia, the dental assistant, was very genuine and explained every step. She really made me feel at ease!

I came here to get a crown and the staff was very helpful and kind. I have moved further away recently but I have decided to make this place my regular dentist.

Very pleasant and informative staff!

I am weary of dentists due to bad prior experiences, but have had a great experience at this practice. The staff are all very friendly. They were upfront and honest, I did not feel like I was being sold any more than what I needed. I had an unexpected reaction during my filling and Dr Basit and the tech were very sweet and patient with me. They took great care of me during an embarassing and vulnerable moment. Highly recommend them!

I hate the dentist but I love Dr. Basit! Makes me comfortable and takes great care of me. Plus she always remembers to ask me about my kids. Feels like family!

The office staff was great, friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and neat. Dr. Diane Nik was very nice and professional. I look forward to seeing her quality of work.

I come to monarch a total mess from another dental,I had all teeth pulled out and was devastated and needed teeth,the place I came from tried to give me teeth that was off set and real gummy.Dr Basit & assistant Christy @ monarch took me in and nailed it on first try.they are awesome and the reception is so nice and they go over what you would expect.

These people were AMAZING! I don't think I have ever had a better experience at a dentist. I had a tooth pulled. Dr. explained everything to me. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would recommend this Monach Dental to everyone.

Great place for the dental needs. It’s been more than 2 years taking my kids to this location.Professional,Caring wonderful staff and manager (Britney) is awesome and very accommodating. Doctors are experienced and very friendly kids love them. Doctor Athar has done great job in making kids smile beautiful.He is an excellent Ortho.

I've been going to Monarch Dental only recently, but have had to come weekly for about 1.5 months for restorative dental work (several cavities, early periodontal disease, and a couple crowns). Each time, the front desk staff (Amy) and the insurance guru (Brittany) have been friendly, professional, helpful, courteous, and accommodating! They even gave me such grace when I was running about 25 minutes late and still managed to squeeze me in the schedule (which unfortunately had a massive domino effect on Dr. Nic's schedule, which she took in stride and with such grace that I felt horrible for being so late). To say this is one of the best dental offices I've been to is an understatement! Dr. Nic is very thorough and highly skilled, with a calm, reassuring demeanor that makes the most intense visits (aka getting a CROWN) feel like I'm visiting a friend. She is a perfectionist when it comes to her work, and this benefits all her patients greatly because she will not allow herself to do a mediocre job! Not only does she do the dental exam and procedures, she also does cleanings! In other dental offices, there is a dental hygienist who does all the cleanings, but Dr. Nic did both mine and my daughter's. The dental assistants are equally awesome, and Dr. Nic patiently answers any questions I have about any procedure. The dental staff are great with working with your insurance, and inform you of the costs upfront before any work is initiated. I love that there are no surprises here, and I always leave better than I came in. My daughter's filling had an issue, so she was squeezed in the same day and taken care of. Excellent dentists are hard to find; so grateful our family found Dr. Nic and the team at Monarch Dental!

I gave the dentist 5 stars but her assistant 2 stars. I'm sure she has good skill but she needs to improve her attitude, manner, service mind and find the better way to work.
