The ladies were nice but the wait was long I arrived at 9:55 and left at 12:45. It took a long time to be called and a longer time to be seen. I left the same as I came no cleaning just a consultation and a big bill.

I've been MIA since covid. Had to make a visit for a recent chipped tooth with a fork. I came in to make an appointment and was booked for the next day. On the day of my appointment I was treated with care/respect and received great service. My tooth looks brand new!

Dr Poquiz and her staff are amazing! I have been coming here for years, and the consistency in communication, professional care, and pleasurable experience in a warm environment is second to none. Low key, if you’re one of those adults that low does not needles, Dr. Poquiz’s numbing technique does not cause you pain! You really don’t feel it all…I also went to their Endodontist, Dr. Engel. Similar to Dr. Poquiz, Dr Engel has excellent bedside manner, he was easy to relate to, and he is very confident in his abilities without being cocky. His numbing technique is very good as well, feeling minimal discomfort from the needle. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and great at what they do! My visits to other dental practices NEVER provided me with the care and information that the professionals at Monarch gave me. Great place and great people!

I had such a great experience I was helped by the manager Christian , what a lovely and smart person . She took care of all my paperwork so fast , that little lady knows what she’s doing , let alone her professionalism as a manager was outstanding, if I was the owner of this company this is someone I seriously would consider to be at the top of the company , the dentist was another one who was amazing and went above and beyond . So far so good! We're going in for a 2-year orthodontic treatment with Dr. Edwards. So far he's the one out of three orthodontists who's made me most comfortable with the procedure about to unfold as well as engaging my son who will receive the treatment. The initial wait in the waiting room was long but the staff were friendly and engaging.

Great staff and dental treatments. I was in and out for my deep gum cleaning. My follow up cleaning and treatment was even better. The staff is very friendly and they honestly try to solve your dental problems at a reasonable price. Thank You!

The people here are very friendly. The dental hygienist at the Mansfield location is by far the best... she takes her time cleaning your teeth 😬. Essence is really nice and professional as well. I love it when I walk in because I feel like a true patient and not a number. I feel like they care about my overall dental health as well as my family.

Wait time to see the dentist was very short. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Had a tooth to be reattached to a post. The length of time spent was about a half hour..

This was my first visit to Monarch Dental. The staff was absolutely phenomenal and very professional. The Dentist was extremely detailed in explaining the concerns with my teeth. I will definitely let them take care of everything for me, because a pretty smile goes a long way!!

I almost gave up on seeing someone with pain I experienced over the weekend. Chrissy (sorry if I misspelled) at Monarch was very accommodating and got me an appointment in their Mansfield office before they closed the next day due to the weather. Dr. Poquiz’s knowledge of my problem gave me more clarity on suggested next steps.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend this location to anyone who feels nervous about going to a dentist. They answer all your questions; let you know what to expect during the procedures; and make sure you are comfortable.
