Mayra Nevarez is a highly efficient Office Manager, Tierra is highly efficient front desk receptionist, Karli Washburn is an excellent hygienist who does a thorough job, and Dr. Randy Richardson is an experienced dentist who never recommends any unnecessary procedures. I would highly recommend them!

They were nice but not very informative. Front desk seemed to be kinda cold with no expressions and seemed like she was upset at anyone being there. Xray guy didn't seem to be having a good day either. The dentist and the dental hygienist were very nice, but still did not provide me with much info as it was someone else's duties and they would inform me (which alsob felt like she didn't want to have to deal with me). I still had to call back to get more info. I have a credit but not sure if I wanna go back. 😕 so kinda lost 100 for nothing.

I have a great feeling of anxiety every-time I have dental procedures done, and this was a new office for me being transferred from the Red Oak office to the Lewisville location. Good staff and care. Anika ( front desk) was working her heart out. She was signing in patients, trying to find a spot for an emergency visit over the phone and updating patient records on line at the same time. I did not see her lose her temper. She was kind and polite to everyone. She needs help at the front desk
