My first time there at a different location. They were nice and kind understanding. Gave me information when I ask and what was the logical ideal for me to do for mount dental issues and concern, gave treatment medication real fast. Making another appointment with the dentist they referred me too I. The monarch dental to get tooth fix. They are saying my tooth.

I went yesterday to Monarch Dental. I had a pleasant experience with Tahja who took x-rays. Within a few minutes, Dr. Richardson came and diagnosed my problem and called for my prescriptions.
It was quick, easy and a pretty good visit.

Everyone at the Lewisville location is friendly, inviting and does great work. I’ve had positive experiences every time I’ve gone, and that means a lot to me because normally the dentist isn’t exactly my favorite place. They do such a great job, I actually look forward to going back. 10/10, 5 stars.

I went in after a long time of not seeing a dentist. Lisa took was so pleasant from the second I walked in. She made sure I was comfortable. The dentist was quick and told me everything I would need to get done and what my schedule would look like.

When it came time to do my deep cleaning Carly was amazing. She explained everything and let me have a few breaks when I was uncomfortable from laying down. Also she kept telling me how beautiful my teeth were looking and how excited she was to see the final product.

I highly recommend Monarch dental....make sure to ask for Carly to get the perfect teeth cleaning!

Very kind and competent dentist, periodontist, and X-ray technician. I (justifiably) sought a second opinion at Monarch and in addition to the imaging and exam received here, my photos, xrays and treatment plan from the further dentist were reviewed. I was told that these are the kinds of issues that can be watched but do not require drilling with proper dental care. The periodontist was also very competent and explained areas to monitor and why additional treatment was unnecessary--also contrary to the former provider who seemed to elicit prolonged pain to sell me on a deep cleaning.

Because this exam did not require a cleaning. I was charged nothing for a comprehensive exam by two professionals with X-rays. I believe that a charge would have been well justified, but will hopefully compensate them with my future business and this review.

This is the level of professionalism and honest business practice we should seek in a dental practice.

Almost no wait time although I was almost late because of road construction. I was politely admonished for my poor dental hygiene, cleaned and sent away. Been a patient for 13 years now

I have been going to many dentist and it seemed like they were all the same and I expected the same but there was a great vibe in there of people really caring and efficiently they all worked together. I believe that I am gonna like Monarch especially this location.

During my entire life of 72 years, First time ever I found a dentist who would not extract my tooth due to the complaint of toothache!

All many dentists I have seen in the past would only break my teeth! Many of them with clean the teeth and break open a partly damaged teeth which would develop problems soon! One dentist even couldn’t extract my whole tooth and left the half inside!

I was fed up of the dentists until I saw This Monarch of all dentists in the world!

Very professional courteous staff. The Hygienist/ Assistant was fantastic. Such a great attitude, happy, humming a little while working. You could tell she enjoys her work and interaction with patients. Made me feel very comfortable and welcome.
Dr Richardson was very professional and personal as well.
Great overall experience until it came to the estimate. Not the fault of Monarch— but due to the poor lack of dental visits and bad dental habits of an 81 year old poor patient with lousy dental insurance.
So I’m now trying to see if there is any way? I can’t finance the badly needed dental work due to be my low credit rating, and that estimate was only for the lower teeth. Didn’t get an estimate on the top teeth yet. I don’t expect that to be any less expensive.

Excellent experience. Great staffs and holidays music. I will be going back.

The staff is always cheerful, friendly, and always helpful. The office is very clean and neat. I've been a patient for over 15 years and I will continue to be a patient in the future.
