I am a 72 year old man, and have extreme dental anxiety. I have had nothing but bad experiences at the dentist office since I was five years old. I only go when I know I have a problem that has to be fixed. I found Jeremy Lindgren at Monarch dental, and had him pull a tooth and fill a cavity and it was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Jeremy was extremely patient and tender with me and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.

The front desk staff is kind and welcoming. The bedside manner for the orthodontist and staff leaves a lot to be desired as it pertains to professionalism. Not introducing themselves and loudly talking about their life stuff while a patient is waiting. There was no regard for decorum in this office. It was obnoxious. Too colloquial! And unclear on next steps. I have no doubt that the orthodontist knows her work well but I just didn't vibe with the office culture.

They were really great! Helped me make a step by step plan for all of my missing/broken teeth and fillings. They were also very nice and patient with me. Thank you!

Working on getting some updated tech and going paperless. Overall the personnel are great to work with, but the transition to new processes seemed a little rough. I'm sure by next cleaning it'll be smooth

Kira was super attentive and made me feel super comfortable, my dentist wasn’t in to help with my emergency dental issue but the house doctor was great! He assured me and made sure I was happy with his work, I believe his name was Matteo! But I really recommend monarch and doctor lindgren!

This dentist office is fabulous. The staff and the dentist were so kind and kept me comfortable throughout the procedure. They even offered alternate options to save me some money! I will definitely be returning.

seems like everything is an up sale.. my regular 6 month check up an cleaning is $ 35.00 , after all the up sales they wanted $ 417.00 out of pocket.. a little too much maybe it's time to start looking around

Excellent care, as always. The teeth cleaning was gentle and she explained everything perfectly and I had a lot of questions. Dr Lindgren did an excellent job, as always.

I chipped a molar. They were able to schedule me the same day for a repair, the dentist was concerned about me comfort and handled my anxiety of needles well.

I saw 2 new dentist today, Heidi and Jami. Both were very kind and thorough. They didn't suggest dental work that wasn't necessary. The office staff was very kind and helpful. I'll continue going there. My husband goes there also. Update: I had 3 feelings filled. I'm very nervous when I go to the dentist. They made me very comfortable. The dentist was great, his assistant, Keely, was great. The laughing gas helped and the assistant even put a pillow under my arm which was hurting. A positive experience.

Great dental office. Very clean and updated. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hygienist is thorough but gentle. And Dr. Meeks is also very observant and thorough. I appreciate his stance of doing work. He talks through what he sees, gives recommendations and only suggests what is appropriate and necessarily. All things are exactly what I want in a dental office.
