Amazing staff and orthodontist!

I’ve had two appointments at this location in lake worth. The staff is all nice and flexible. This is my favorite dentist!

I'm not a afraid of the dentist, but I certainly do not like the dentist. This might explain why I have only been to a dentist TWICE in the past 30 years. That is until a crown came off. Made an emergency appointment at this office and had the nicest service EVER at a dentist. So, I went back a second time to have a new tooth crowned. There was NO pain. Staff is very nice and my dentist has a sense of humor. I am very happy to have found a dentist that I like and that I visit regularly.

Staff has a symbiotic relationship with each other which makes all the procedures go smoothly!

They are patient, they really care about making me smile...as well as my family. The entire staff is dedicated, they listen to you and always go the extra mile to meet your needs. My family and I feel confident in his hands. Thank you Monarch you are a family!

I had a crown fall out. They were able to get me in on the same day!!! Always great customer service.

what i like about this general dentist is the fact that they accept patients who aren’t able to afford dental benefits. what i don’t like is how EXPENSIVE the services are, without dental insurance, at Monarch. i also don’t like how the dentist wouldn’t prescribe me any painkillers for pulled teeth after asking me about any prior history with narcotics, which i was kind enough to be honest with her about when i should of just said no. otherwise, they do a good job there. i just recently got my teeth worked on… every appointment i’ve ever had at this location (including when i got my teeth pulled) didn’t take too long. they give you lidocaine if any pain is experienced during a session and the dentists always check to make sure a patient is comfortable before proceeding with any dental surgeries.

I've been going to Monarch Dental for years, because I LIKE the quality of the service and the PEOPLE there! I would recommend them to ANYONE needing dental service! Try it and see if you don't agree!

I had bad experience with mint dental and didn't visit the dentist for 4yrs after that well until my tooth started hurting and i had no choice but to see one....i went with Monarch Dental, boy i tell you they were so compassionate, caring and sensitive especially since my procedure was a painful one. Thank you to the staff of lake worth Texas and Arlington, y'all restored my trust and courage to now see a dentist on the regular....thank you Dr. Ingel of lake worth Texas office, you were so caring and sensitive about my pain and discomfort and made sure i got enough numbing med and was comfortable before proceeding. And thank you for his staff cause they watched my kids while Dr. Ingel woked on me since i so desperate and needed to get that tooth fixed and didn't have a babysitter that day...Thank you Thank you i really appreciate Monarch Dental staff.

Took my daughter to the dentist for the first time. We were both really nervous. The entire staff made her feel so comfortable. Dr. Horner was so sweet and walked my daughter through every move. It was an amazing experience!

Dr. Horner and Ms. Vandermark (RHD) were extremely professional and attentative towards my dental needs. As a new patient, everyone at Monarch dental, including the front desk staff, made me feel very welcomed. They explained everything in great detail and provided me with options for treatment plans and cleanings moving forward. I have finally found a dental office and more importantly a dentist, an RDH and front desk staff who provide excellent customer service and whom I am very happy with. I love this place and highly recommend Monarch Dental for all your dental needs!

Had wisdom tooth extracted. Office staff very courteous and proficient.

I was in and out. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Got my wisdom tooth pulled and the next day I felt almost normal. Didn’t even have to take the prescription they prescribed me.

Consistency is the winner with Monarch Dental! Once again excellent service and customer care from assistant(Marleen). Dr. Horner, enters the room with the greatest, positive, and easy going temperament! Dr. Horner explains with the utmost reassurance everything will be OK. This created a peaceful and comforting atmosphere. BTW, she did a great job!! Yes! There can be a pleasant experience at the dental office!!
