Dr. Sandra Horner and her team are simply the best. I had a sensitive tooth that worried me and she squeezed me in the next day.

Just always a great experience as the people are so professional yet so friendly. They have literally taken care of my dental work for over 30 years, and that includes as I've moved from town to town. First Richland hills, second Keller and now in Lake Worth Texas. Top-notch is the only description I can think of. I love their attention to detail and knowing how to lean on me just properly to keep my dental health on track.

I had an emergency procedure that needed to be done, and they were able to get me in and take care of it. Dr. Ausberry and Megan did a fantastic job taking care of me. Many thanks to you and the rest of the staff.

AETNA customer service gave her rave reviews on her ability to do a great job. She was sending documentation needed in a timely manner. I want to thank her. kudos !!!!😃. If possible can you recognize her in a monetary sense? She deserves it.

I had a couple of extractions on 8/20/2025 and was lucky enough to get Dr Horner for that procedure, and I do mean Pro, and as my Family Dentist. I don't want to say that I'm glad I got a tooth issue but I'm glad I know where to go when I do. Thank you Dr. Horner

The dental office is not my favorite place to be, but Dr. Horner and the staff at Monarch Dental Lake Worth made it such a great experience! My Son is a current patient here as well and had his wisdom teeth out and the surgeon was amazing!! He is also currently in Clear Aligner treatment with Dr. Edwards and him and his team are the best! You won’t be disappointed!!

Great experience, My husband and I are new to Texas and have been searching for a new dentist. We have been to two so far on our search Monarch was the 3rd try and though my husband hasn’t been yet to this particular dentist I told him about my experience so he’s going to give it a try but I believe he trust my word and will have a great experience like I did. This may be our new home. Our last dentist was back home KCMO home of the Kansas City Chiefs and our dentist there was more like a family. We got to know each other on a personal level. Thank you Monarch for a great comfortable experience.Dr.Horner ROCKS her energy was the absolute BEST.

Excellent doctor and assistant from the beginning! Had a crown put in and was smooth and easy. The root canal was a rodeo experience at the Arlington office but got done quick and correctly.

Staff was super friendly and very patient with my procedure.
