I had a couple of extractions on 8/20/2025 and was lucky enough to get Dr Horner for that procedure, and I do mean Pro, and as my Family Dentist. I don't want to say that I'm glad I got a tooth issue but I'm glad I know where to go when I do. Thank you Dr. Horner

I like the service and convenient that Monarch provide to the patient all within the same location without searching other providers for each service like orthodontics, periodontics, root canal (treatment), etc..

Just always a great experience as the people are so professional yet so friendly. They have literally taken care of my dental work for over 30 years, and that includes as I've moved from town to town. First Richland hills, second Keller and now in Lake Worth Texas. Top-notch is the only description I can think of. I love their attention to detail and knowing how to lean on me just properly to keep my dental health on track.

The dental office is not my favorite place to be, but Dr. Horner and the staff at Monarch Dental Lake Worth made it such a great experience! My Son is a current patient here as well and had his wisdom teeth out and the surgeon was amazing!! He is also currently in Clear Aligner treatment with Dr. Edwards and him and his team are the best! You won’t be disappointed!!
